The story behind the inspiration

Hi Suzette! Can you share the inspiration behind creating the A-Player Alignment Accelerator Program? What led you to develop this unique approach to cultural transformation?

When I was younger, I had an experience that made me realize how important it is to understand how the energy in a group or culture can affect people. Many people need to learn about the energy surrounding us and how it can impact our well-being. I also learned that if we want to create lasting change in a group or organization, it has to start from the very top with the leader.

When a leader is in a good and positive state, it can help everyone in the group feel the same way. But if the leader is not in a good state, it can make it harder for everyone else to feel good. Leaders need to take care of themselves and be in a good place because it can make a big difference in how the whole group feels.

Many programs try to fix problems in a group by focusing on everyone together. But that can be hard and sometimes doesn't work well because there are so many different feelings and thoughts from everyone. It can make things complicated. So instead, I created the A-Player Alignment Accelerator Program to help leaders understand how to create lasting change step by step.

The A-Player Alignment Accelerator Program aligns leadership, teams, and the organization with a shared vision. Can you explain how this alignment contributes to sustainable cultural change and the success of an inclusive workplace?

In the program, we have three stages. The first stage is about helping the leader connect with themselves and take care of their well-being. The second stage is about understanding what the leader and the people in the group want and finding a way to bring those things together. And the third stage is about aligning everyone's energy and working together to create a positive and supportive culture.

By following these steps in the correct order, leaders can create lasting change in their groups or organizations. It's like building a solid foundation for a house. The rest of the house can be strong when the foundation is strong. I created this program to help leaders make a real and lasting difference in their lives and organizations.

The challenges of occupational burnout

Many organizations need help with turnover and occupational burnout. How does the A-Player Alignment Accelerator Program address these challenges and support leaders and teams?

When we work too much without taking care of ourselves, it can make us feel really tired and overwhelmed. This is called occupational burnout. It happens when we don't realize that our bodies and minds need time to rest and recharge.

You know, our bodies have something called an inner battery. It's like a little energy source inside us. Our inner battery gets very low when we use all our energy without resting and recharging ourselves. And when our inner battery is low, it can make us feel stressed and anxious.

When stressed and anxious, it's hard for us to think clearly and make good decisions. Our thinking gets all mixed up because our bodies and minds are tired. That's why taking breaks and giving ourselves time to relax and recharge is so important.

The program emphasizes the role of leaders as mentors, coaches, and guides in fostering an inclusive culture. How does the program empower leaders to become influential mentors and create a supportive team environment?

In the A-Player Alignment Accelerator Program, we help leaders and teams understand the importance of caring for themselves and their inner batteries. We teach them to become more aware of their emotions and energy, so they can recognize when to take a break and recharge.

Leaders and teams can make better decisions and prevent occupational burnout by learning to manage their inner batteries and stress. They can work together more effectively and create a positive and supportive environment.

So, the program helps leaders and teams understand the impact of their energy and emotions, take breaks when needed, and make better decisions. It's like learning how to keep our inner batteries charged to have more energy, resolve and bounce back quickly from challenges, and be happier at work.

The business case for the A-player alignment accelerator™ Program

In your experience, what key outcomes or transformations have participants achieved through the A-Player Alignment Accelerator Program? Can you share any success stories or examples of organizations that have benefited from implementing the program's principles and practices?

A compelling business case study highlights how one leader achieved remarkable transformations and outstanding outcomes through the A-Player Alignment Accelerator framework. Let me share an example that highlights the program's impact.

In the behavioral health field, we conducted a business case study involving three program managers who served at the exact location during different periods. One of the program managers completed a year of A-Player Alignment Accelerator training to enhance their leadership skills and productivity.

In the case study, Program Manager 3 underwent the A-Player Alignment Accelerator training, which enabled her to tap into her inner resources and unleash her full potential. With the acquired knowledge and tools, she independently conducted needs assessments, created effective systems, and developed innovative solutions tailored to her specific challenges.

After completing the program, we compared the leadership styles and productivity of the three program managers. Program Manager 1, who served between 2019-2020, generated $723,021 in productivity. Program Manager 2, who served between 2021-2022, achieved a significant improvement, generating $1,691,939. However, Program Manager 3, who received the A-Player Alignment Accelerator training and served between 2022-2023, truly stood out. She achieved an impressive productivity of $2,814,311.

Through her dedication and utilizing the principles and practices learned in training, Program Manager 3 achieved remarkable results between 2022-2023 when she generated an impressive productivity of $2,814,311, surpassing the outcomes of her predecessors.

This example highlights the transformative power of the A-Player Alignment Accelerator Program in empowering individuals to leverage their inner resources, make informed decisions, and drive exceptional outcomes. By providing participants with the tools to enhance their personal growth and align their energies, the program enables leaders to excel in high-stress environments and achieve extraordinary success.

This case study demonstrates the substantial impact of the A-Player Alignment Accelerator Program on leadership effectiveness and organizational outcomes. By integrating the principles and practices of the program, leaders are equipped with the tools and knowledge to create positive change and drive exceptional results.

This success story and tangible outcome highlight the transformative power of the A-Player Alignment Accelerator Program in enhancing leadership performance and productivity. Organizations can create thriving and high-performing environments by aligning their energies, focusing on personal growth, and implementing effective strategies individually, relationally, and collectively.
