Suzette West specializes in helping individuals and organizations navigate change. She helps leaders uncover strategies for applied leadership coherence to solve problems and achieve goals aligned with organizational priorities. Suzette is the Founder of Wild Hearts Rising. She earned her master’s degree in Transformative Social Change at Saybrook University and continues to deepen her work in applied leadership coherence through her doctoral research in the Transformative Social Change Ph.D. program.
