Petra has a sweet spot in my heart. She is one of my clients who turned into my student and then business partner. She was always enthusiastic about knowing more and helping others. She chose a path that not many would do but her strength and vision kept her going. I am taking this opportunity to show you how you can elevate your life and have what you dream of through following your heart's desires and having the dedication to pursue your purpose.

Dear Petra, would you let the readers know where your life felt heavy and you realized you need a change?

I have always wanted to help people live better, happier, healthier lives and alleviate their suffering. I thought the only way to achieve this was to study medicine and become a doctor. That was the answer offered by the Central European society where I was born and raised. I didn't finish my medical studies because my parents were not able to support me financially during my studies. This completely dissolved my dream of helping others. However, it did not disappear, it was only suppressed, only to manifest itself in its strength and fullness years later.

The years spent in executive positions associated with stress and general overstrain, both physically and mentally, began to take its toll in the form of inner emptiness, frustration, loneliness, and impaired health.

I consciously left the crazy cycle of management positions and entered the gastronomy industry as a service staff. I promised myself mental relief, more physical activity, and direct contact with people. It was the last four years until the Covid 19 epidemic broke out.

The Covid 19 epidemic completely changed the course of my life, in all its aspects. After many unsuccessful attempts to work again in hotel gastronomy, I finally decided to start working as a private caregiver for sick seniors in their homes in Switzerland.

That steep change sounds really challenging. How did you cope with this new lifestyle and environment?

I had absolutely no idea how this profession would affect my current life.

The most challenging part of this profession is the ability to adapt and get along with the client on a personal and professional level. Apart from the 2 hours a day when I have my free time and the time I get to sleep, I spend the rest of my time with my client and taking care of him and his household, which is an average of 15-17 hours a day, 6 days a week.

For me as a completely independent person, living basically my whole life on my own, it was a real challenge.

I totally understand. What was your go-to strategy to deal with these challenges?

My professionalism was preceded by a huge work on myself, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Without this deep daily work on myself, I would not have been able to do this work in any case.

Thus, I began to experience a spiritual awakening through the initial information from Dr. Joe Dispenza to further study and following Master Sri Akarshana, Marisa Peer, Grand Master Akshar, and International Kaulantak Siddha Vidya Peeth and your help and training.

I am now preparing for my independent professional path as a therapist, coach, and spiritual healer. I want to focus on helping people live a better, healthier, happier life.

Would you please tell more to the readers about the sessions you will provide on our retreat in August in Italy?

I will start the Mornings with Mudras for 30 minutes. A mudra is a sacred and symbolic gesture found in yoga, mostly performed with the hands and fingers, used during yoga and meditation practice as a means of channeling the flow of vital life force energy known as prana. Then continue with 1 hour of yoga. Akshar Power Yoga is a unique composition by Grand Master Akshar, created by him under the divine guidance of his master. The sole purpose of Akshar Power Yoga is to enhance the human mind, body, and spirit through an intricate blend of Various Yogic art forms in order to attain the zenith of human Strength and Power. It strives to help each individual connect to the power within them in order to achieve the apex of Physical, Mental, and Emotional health and well-being.

I also provide Yin Yoga sessions. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced (passive) style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. The sequences of postures are meant to stimulate the channels of the subtle body known as meridians in Chinese medicine and as nadis in Hatha Yoga.

I am so grateful that you are joining me in August to provide the Yoga sessions and RTT workshops in that Tuscany cottage-style Fairy Forest. You are also a Marisa Peer RTT therapist. Would you explain more about that modality, please?

Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is a pioneering therapy based on neuroscience that has the potential to offer fast, effective results by combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP, and CBT. RTT® can deliver extraordinary change from physical, emotional, and psychological pain by reframing our core beliefs, values, habits, and emotions deep in the subconscious.

By rapidly rewiring the brain’s neural pathways, RTT® replaces our outdated belief systems and negative behaviour patterns. New life-affirming beliefs are formed, and the transformational process begins.

Wonderful! This is going to be a hugely transformational experience for the clients and students who decide to join us for this 7 days Release and Realign Accelerator Retreat.

Dear Petra, how would you explain your experience with the Karma Healing Facilitator Training?

The most liberating power is understanding, that is why the Karma Yogi Healing Facilitator Training under your guidance was a corner stone for me to gain a deeper understanding of what Karma actually is (everything we do and think, not only in this lifetime, but all our past lives), how I can consciously change it in any given moment in a positive direction and live a much better healthier happier life, in short, how I can change my past and present for a better and more beautiful future.

The most significant insight for me in Karma Yoga Healing is 2 principles, how our ancestors affect our lives, and that our first duty is to pray for their freedom and lightness, the second principle is how we are affected by all our partners we have ever come in contact with in our lives, where their karma is also transferred to us.

As in my independent practice I work with the complex level of the human being – body, mind and spirit (soul), this training is a huge asset for me when working with all my clients. I am always immensely happy and grateful when I can witness how my clients' lives are changing for the better, how their suffering is being alleviated or completely eradicated. Most notably, I am currently observing my Karma Yogi Healing application in the terminal phase of the lives of my senior clients, whom I am nursing to make their passing as peaceful and natural as possible.

That is amazing, I am so glad you are experiencing all the benefits of this technique. Thank you for your time!

I can’t wait to teach with you on our retreat!
