Savasana provides a tranquil aftermath, allowing us to ascend to a higher plane of consciousness. As we relinquish worries and fears, we emerge feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and replenished. Grounded, centered, and clear-headed to navigate the day by energetically freeing ourselves in mind, body, and spirit by taking that pause.

 

So often we are bound by what will arise if we stop and tap into our soul’s intelligence because we haven’t learned to recognize and listen to our intuition yet.
