Iryna Dalton is a transformational, spiritual life coach with a mission to uplift humanity and help create peace and unity globally. As a catalyst for the awakening of human consciousness, choosing a non-dual, direct path to self-realization, with a pro-consciousness approach to personal evolution, her goal is to help people awaken to their unlimited potential.

Everyone wants to change the world. But few know where to begin. The truth is, it begins inside. In the journey of life, many are drawn to make a difference, to bring light to the world. But the key to true transformation doesn’t lie in the external. It begins with the inner world, the one often overlooked in the rush of doing and becoming.

When you shift within, your whole reality begins to change with you. Why? Because the outer world is not truly “outside”, it is a mirror, a reflection of your consciousness. The more you look inward, the more you begin to see, "Nothing is fixed. Not time. Not space. Not even you.”
"Everything is energy. Everything is moving. Everything is awareness."
You are not who you think you are
You are not just a person with a name and a body. You are the one watching the person. You are the presence behind the experience, the dreamer within the dream. We often live as if we are the characters in a story, someone who is born, who lives, and who dies. But that is just a role. The truth is much deeper.
You are the awareness the story appears in. You are the space the dream moves through. This is why life sometimes feels like a dream, because it is. It is a projection of the mind, shaped by belief and perception. When we forget this, we become lost in the illusion, searching for something “out there” to complete us.
But here is the great secret, “The Kingdom of Heaven is within.” “Be still and know I am God.” You are the source you’ve been searching for. You are the light behind the eyes. You are the dreamer dreaming with open eyes.
My direct experience of oneness and unconditional divine love
For years, I devoted myself to spiritual practice, not out of obligation, but from a deep longing for truth. Eventually, this search became the central focus of my life.
In a recent spiritual experience, I surrendered completely, to God, to the Absolute, to Oneness. My only prayer was, “Let me become one with You.” What followed was beyond words.
First, a confrontation with the shadows within, fear, control, resentment. Then, upon surrender, came a light, brighter than a thousand suns, yet cool, calming, and pure. This light hit my chest like a strike of powerful lightning, and I saw my great Masters before me, Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, then we merged into a single, blinding light.
At once, I became one with my Masters, one with everything and everyone! I became a bright light without my body, without identification with my personality, my body, my memory of the past, no more identity, I became the absolute.
There was no separation. Only unity. Only divine love that I had never experienced before. The tears of joy and happiness, the open, loving heart the size of the universe, the feeling of pure love and presence were overwhelming and more real than anything else! I was telling myself, I must remember that feeling, I must carry it with me, always! This is my true nature, everything else is an illusion.
When I returned to my senses, I laughed with joy, repeating, “I’m the One. I’m the One! I’m the one I was looking for! How can I want anything, if I am everything?” What we perceive as reality is but a fragment. The mind cannot grasp the infinite, but the heart can know it.
True spirituality is not becoming better, more successful, accumulating more knowledge, becoming more intellectual, or manifesting things into reality using the laws of metaphysics and universal laws. Nothing wrong with that approach to life, but this is not a true spiritual path.
True spirituality is realizing that you never were the body, you are pure awareness, the absolute reality beyond the mind-body-soul concept, beyond understanding within your mind. This path is not an easy one, but for those who are ready to take it, the way will appear. The teachings that I have been practicing for many years arose not in thought, but as direct knowing.
There is no physical world out there, the way you perceive it. The world is a projection of your mind
You realize deeply that everything you see, people, nature, even your own body, arises from your mind. This is not a theory. It’s a felt truth. You stop identifying with fear, lack, or worry because you understand these are simply mental projections.
Your body continues to act in the world, but you are no longer of the world. You become the silent witness. And from that silence, happiness arises naturally, not as pleasure, but as your essential nature.
You are unborn and you cannot die
You begin to feel, not just think, that you were never born, and you will never die. There is no cause behind your existence, no starting point, no end. You are not the body, not the mind, not the personal story. You are pure awareness, being, consciousness, and bliss.
You begin to live as the unborn, the eternal “I am.” You realize that nothing, not people, not animals, not objects, has a separate self or ego. Everything is part of the same divine consciousness. The illusion of ego is what creates separation, fear, and conflict. Without ego, everything becomes sacred.
Every rock, every tree, every animal, every human being becomes a reflection of your own self. All the versions of people you experience are reflections of your own consciousness, projections shaped by your perception. And only when the ego disappears, when the personal “I” is gone, can true love, compassion, and reverence arise.
You cannot define self-realization. It is not something to be grasped by the mind. But you can know it by eliminating all that it is not – it is not the body, it is not the mind, it is not your thoughts, your emotions, your personality, your story.
When everything false is stripped away, what remains is emptiness, yet fullness. Nothing, yet everything. Silence, yet presence. That is self.
The final realization
“You are not just in the world. The world is in you.” You are not merely a character in the dream, you are the light behind the dream. You are not the reflection in the mirror, you are the seer. You are not a wave in the ocean, you are the ocean itself. And when you know this, even death loses its power, because you realize, nothing ever truly dies. Only forms change. The awareness remains.
In closing: You are already that
Self-realization is not about becoming something new. It is about remembering what you have always been. The light was never gone, you were simply facing away from it. What remains is pure awareness, timeless, spaceless, formless. It cannot be described. It can only be lived.
“You are the silence before the first word. The space before time. The presence that holds it all.” You are the Self. Not the personal “I,” but the eternal I am. You are what you’ve been searching for. And maybe now. It’s time to wake up.
