Iryna Dalton is an influential life coach, spiritual teacher, Reiki master, and advocate for holistic wellness. A peacemaker at heart, she guides others toward inner transformation, self-realisation, and conscious living.

Originally from Ukraine and born in the former Soviet Union, Iryna was drawn early to spirituality and the mysteries of the universe. A natural truth-seeker, she questioned ideology and sought the Highest Truth. Even as a child, she found comfort in meditation and deep connection with Source, experiencing moments of awareness that shaped her lifelong curiosity about human consciousness.

In 2002, she moved to the United States, earning a degree in Hotel and Motel Management, studying banking, and graduating from a real estate institute. After co-founding a successful finance company in Texas, Iryna felt called to a higher purpose—helping people heal, awaken, and live authentically.

Influenced by Neville Goddard, Deepak Chopra, Lao Tzu, and Dr. Joe Dispenza, she integrates ancient wisdom with modern science. Certified in transformational life coaching, Reiki mastery, and breathwork, she has spent over 15 years practising yoga, meditation, and holistic healing.

In 2019, she founded UniverSoul Women of Wisdom, a Facebook community that now inspires nearly 200,000 followers worldwide. Her teachings blend spirituality and science, helping people release limiting beliefs, reprogram the subconscious, and align with divine consciousness.

Iryna believes peace in the outer world begins within. Through self-awareness and love, she empowers others to transcend fear, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and realise that we are all reflections of the Divine—conscious creators capable of shaping reality from within.
