Purpose In Life

What is your purpose in life?

So many people are asking this question, what is my purpose here on Earth? They feel they are not doing enough; they are not where they are meant to be, they have a higher purpose and they cannot determine what that purpose is. Let us take a new perspective on this. What if the only purpose you have is to be happy.

When you are happy your vibration is high. You are anchoring this high vibration, this high frequency on Earth, and radiating it out into the world, into the Universe. This is benefitting all beings on Earth and believe it, beings in the Universe also. This is your gift to yourself and to the world. This is one of your major purposes in life. What if you accept this as your only purpose in life? What would you do to achieve this goal?

The human mind likes to complicate things. It likes to have big goals to achieve. The mind likes to work harder and harder to reach these goals. We humans, feel unfulfilled if we are not reaching the goals, whether those goals are yours or you were handed these goals by family, by society, by culture. At the basis of all your goals is the desire to be happy, fulfilled, and at peace. So why not start by being happy and use the energy of happiness to reach all of your other goals in life. It will be way easier and more fun. When you are happy, your creativity is high, you make better decisions, you are not stressed, have greater clarity of vision. People like being around you and you can attract the right resources you need to reach your other goals.

Honestly, consider what is most important as you take your last few breaths here on Earth. None of your material possessions, your titles matter. All that matters is what emotions you are experiencing. Did you lead a life of happiness? Is there someone who can hold your hand in true love?. Are you at peace knowing you enjoyed your journey in life? Was this journey happy for you? You will carry your emotions with you when you leave Earth. If you believe in reincarnation, you will carry these emotions into other lifetimes.

Your true wealth is your emotions, thoughts, the values you lived your life by. You accumulate this wealth every lifetime and use them to propel you towards enlightenment, perpetual bliss. All the material things you have are just props for this play. You leave the props behind. 'Life is a play' as Shakespeare said.

What are some of the things you can do to be happy? Make a list of things, people, places, situations that make you happy. See if you can incorporate more of this during your day. Make a list of things, people, places, situations that bring you down. See if you can incorporate less of this during your day.

Music is a great way to uplift your mood. With so much going on in the world now, it would be so beneficial if we can have more people radiating happy energies in the world. This is the best way to assist those who are going through tough times. Radiate positivity, radiate happiness, radiate joy. Music has the power to touch your soul, the core of your being.

Let go of thinking if someone else is sad, you do not deserve to be happy. When you became sad with them, then you both are radiating sadness. This affects not just the two of you but the collective as well. By being happy, you can raise the frequency of the one who is sad. 70% to 90% of our communication is non-verbal. By staying positive around someone who is going through tough times, you are helping them more by radiating positive energies at them, raising their frequency, assisting them to cope with their issue more effectively. By becoming sad like them, you are doubling their sadness. Something to think about.

Nature is another powerful ally in assisting us to keep our frequency high. Be out in nature if you can. If you cannot, then can you look at videos, see pictures of nature, visualize yourself being in nature. You can take mental time in nature if physical time is not possible. Nature has pure high-frequency vibrations. Spend at least 15 minutes in nature to uplift your vibration. It is like the tuning fork experiment. You tune your vibration to that of nature. Do activities outdoors that make you happy.

I read this story of how Buddhist monks begin their day. They imagine a bird on their shoulder telling them, ‘What if today is your last day on Earth, how would you spend this day?'. Then the monk spends the day accordingly.

When you are happy, your intuition is sharpened and you will be guided on what gifts you have to share with the world. Gifts can be talents, abilities, compassion, kindness, love, wisdom. You will be guided by a higher source to resolve challenges in your life.
