Our vision as entrepreneurs, our vision for our business, our vision of what we want, what we want it to look like and feel like and be like… Imagining the Income months, we're going to have and the programs we're going to sell and creating this BIG Vision and imagining what’s possible is pushed and pushed and pushed in the online space.

Business woman presenting her new business model to her co-worker..

Don’t get me wrong, I believe in the importance of having clarity of your Vision, but…

Nobody is talking about how you can make sure that this big Vision you have is compatible with your business model. This means a lot of the time, what ends up happening is that your Vision ends up conflicting with your Business Model. Yikes!

Perhaps this is a new concept for you. Perhaps you have not ever thought about this. If so… keep reading!

I want to give you a very simple example. So that you can see how often our vision ends up in conflict with our business model and why this can create a bottleneck in your business that stops you from hitting your income goals and being able to scale your business.

Let's say you are a Coach that sells a 1:1 Coaching Program for $1,500 for 3-months of epic, life changing transformational Coaching.

Your max capacity for clients is 10 and part of your big Vision is to make $10,000 per month consistently.

Well...

If you sign 10 Clients in one month you make $15K (yeah)

But now you are at capacity…

Which means that your max is $15,000 for 3-months. That's on average $5K a month and leaves you well $5K a month short.

Your Vision and your business model are in conflict!

Here is how you can clear that bottleneck.

The simplest way is to raise your prices to $3,000 for your 1:1 coaching program.

Now with 10 x clients, you make $30,000 for 3-months or on recurring payment plans you are looking at $10,000 per month.

So right there, that’s an example of a complete bottleneck. And most Entrepreneurs won’t notice it, yet they become frustrated, thinking that it is not possible for them, that their Vision is too big or that they are “not manifesting” this correctly…

We can spend an endless amount of time thinking about our vision, sinking into the feeling, and turning our manifestation powers ON, however, to attract and receive that which we desire, we must act. And one of the best ways to do this, is to make sure there is full alignment and compatibility between our Vision and our business Model. So that you can take the right action with Intention.

Scaling in feminine flow is a Vibe if you have the strategies, systems, and business model to support your Big Vision. And that’s exactly what I help my clients with, in fact, I identify the bottlenecks and create the scalable business model and success map FOR you, because getting to your next level is supposed to be FUN and EXCITING and MOTIVATING.

A simple business Audit can be a powerful way to get started with this process. I have opened my schedule to have conversations with entrepreneurs who want to scale their businesses and hit their next-level Income Goals while feeling motivated, satisfied and lit up by their work. If this is you, then let’s have a conversation. This is a FREE Call where we will complete a mini-Audit of your business and talk about what it takes to get you to the next level. Limited spots are available, click here to apply. You deserve to have a business model that supports you in achieving your Big Vision.
