Entropy As Disorder? Entropy can be understood as a lack of order or a decline into disorder. We do not like disorder. We are afraid if we think we or the world are falling apart. We can begin to understand entropy as dispersing which can dispel our fear of the future.

Emotions

Emotions are the feelings we have relating to specific circumstances, events, or people. Emotions are stored in the cells of our body. Think of something pleasant and joyful. Do you have a feeling of lightness in your heart and mind? Think of something sad. Do you have a heavy feeling in your gut?

Our bodies store emotions to prepare us for future similar events. The survival mechanism of our brain keeps these emotions trapped in our hearts and body. We can release these trapped emotions.

Releasing Trapped Emotions

If you have an emotion in your brain or body that is life-draining, you can release it. Take a deep breath and relax your eyes, and focus on where in your body you feel this emotion. Rub your hands together activating the energy meridians of your body. Say, “Release, release, release”, and imagine this negative emotion releasing from your body.

Then ask yourself what emotion you would rather have in your body? Replace the life-draining emotion with something that feels life-giving. For example, release fear and imagine peace filling the cells of your body. Next, give peace a color and begin to see this color as a reminder of this transformation.

My dad had to leave our family before I was one year old. I recently discovered I had anger stored in my body from when I was an infant. I energetically released anger and placed happiness in my body instead.

Entropy As Dispersing

Entropy can be understood as dispersing which feels much better than the disorder. Our bodies store emotions as a way to protect us, even if these emotions are life-draining. Many areas of our life might feel chaotic and disordered. However, if we could see entropy as dispersing energy including our emotions, we would better understand the gift of release.

Dispersing Happiness

Do you know the emotions you emit from your body are measurable within a 12-foot radius? How you feel literally enters a room before you do. If you are dispersing anger, people will feel it. If you are dispersing happiness and love, people will feel this high-vibration energy!

A World of Chaos?

It is easy to see the world as a place of chaos. Chaotic people, events, and world systems impact our lives. The chaos we feel can be seen as dispersed from each of us because of the chaos we feel inside our bodies and minds.

We could change everything. Imagine. The more we focus on love, peace, and joy in our thoughts and actions, the more we can move from feeling disorder to dispersing these beneficial emotions to those around us and to the world! We get to choose and our choices matter.

I Love You and I Trust You

I love you! I trust you to listen deeply to the inmost pure part of you. Find the love, peace, and joy inside of you, and let it begin to affect your actions.

On days when you feel your own chaos, remember to say, ‘I love you’ to yourself. Repeat ‘I love you’ until you become peaceful. Think of something you are deeply grateful for and feel joy. You are a gift to the world!
