The body and mind are two essential vehicles of pleasure for human beings, who experience life through sensations, what we call the five senses. It is impossible to connect solely through the mind or the body; both must be engaged.

Most people live in their minds, constantly feeding themselves an optical illusion. Meanwhile, their bodies become lost in space.

In my practice, I receive many patients who are completely disconnected. They no longer feel pleasure, or if they do, it lasts only for a few fleeting moments. Relationships, which once served as a source of reconnection and libido, have turned into something cold and painful, a mere façade.

The real question is, how can we reconnect with libido, not just sexual libido, but the life force that generates joy and the desire to live?

The solution lies in three steps to free us from the mental prison that blocks self-love.

Do you truly know yourself?

It is a simple question, but do you have the answer?

Or do you search for one on the internet, selecting whatever fits within a socially accepted mental framework?

The key is to look inward, to feel your heart, your heartbeat, and your breath. It all starts there.

Let’s take a journey back to the source, back to the connection between body and mind.

Everyone wants a ready-made solution, but few have the courage to take the necessary steps toward liberation.

What is your relationship with touch?

And when you touch yourself, what do you feel? What do you think in that brief moment, the present moment?

Are you lost in the ghosts of external judgment, trapped in the illusion of the mind? Are you conscious of your breath?

Have you ever stopped to notice what happens in your body when, for just ten minutes, you forget about your daily obligations and robotic routine?

Yes, breath is the connection to the divine self.

How is yours? The answer will tell you about the state of your libido.

How do you feel your own skin? How many times a day do you truly experience it?

Most men focus only on their genitals, carrying the burden of performing the role of the perfect man.

Women, in turn, feel pressured to appear more beautiful and flawless than their edited photos, leading to frustration and rejection of their own divine body.

Sensitivity is the path to your inner divinity, to your heart. And that is the key to a full connection with libido.

Right now, in this period of planetary transition, we must be aware of our vibration.

Our vibration is the key factor in creating a life of joy, success, and prosperity, including, of course, libido.

Without libido, life becomes automatic, robotic, and lifeless.

Now, I ask you, what do you feel, not just when you are with others, but from the moment you open your eyes?

Vibration also enters the mind. How many people live in your head? How many do you resent, feel anger toward, or judge?

Now, analyze your libido.

Do you still think it is separate from everything else?

Here are three powerful ways to reconnect with your libido, not just sexual libido, but the life force that brings joy, vitality, and presence.

Awaken the body through sensory presence

Many people are stuck in their minds, disconnected from the sensations of their own bodies. To restore libido, you must retrain yourself to feel.

  • Practice conscious touch: Gently explore your skin, noticing textures and temperature without judgment.

  • Engage your senses: Enjoy slow, mindful eating, feel the wind on your skin, or listen deeply to music.

  • Move with awareness: Stretch, dance, or practice yoga while focusing on the way your body feels rather than how it looks.

Reclaim your breath as a source of life energy

Your breath is the bridge between mind and body. Shallow or unconscious breathing keeps you in a state of numbness, while deep, intentional breathing awakens your inner vitality.

  • Try diaphragmatic breathing: Inhale deeply through your nose, filling your belly, and exhale slowly through your mouth.

  • Breathe with presence: Spend 10 minutes daily focusing only on your breath, letting go of distractions.

  • Use breath to connect with pleasure: Breathe deeply while engaging in any pleasurable activity, such as touch, movement, or even relaxation, to heighten sensation.

Shift your energy and release mental blocks

Mental conditioning, stress, and societal pressures often suppress libido. Releasing these blocks frees your life force and restores your natural desire to experience pleasure.

  • Let go of judgment: Notice where you hold shame or negative beliefs about pleasure, your body, or sensuality.

  • Cultivate self-acceptance: Look at yourself with kindness, embracing your body as it is in the present moment.

  • Raise your vibration: Spend time in nature, practice gratitude, and engage in activities that spark joy. These all enhance libido.

The power of transformation is in your hands, and your journey to reconnect with yourself is unique. It takes action and awareness to free yourself and feel real love.
