Anne Ward, Spiritual Life Coach

Who is Anne?

I am a mother to four amazing young men, a grandmother to one precious little boy, and a wife to my wonderful and supportive partner. I grew up in a small community in the Rockies. We moved to the city when I was 12 however my heart stayed in the Country setting and vow to be back there. I have always been most at peace when out in nature and away from the hustle of life.

What is it that you do for your clients?

I help my clients find peace among the trauma they have experienced and create their own success stories. I am a spiritual coach helping clients recognize their own gifts and connection to their higher selves. I teach them to listen to their own signs and higher voice enabling them to utilize the tools we all host within.

Who should hire/work with you?

I would say my ideal client is a person who is open to learning new ways of thinking and living. Someone who recognizes they are “stuck” and is ready to make the move forward into their own best life.

What is your big goal? Where do you see yourself in 10 years from now?

My biggest goal in life is to live on a ranch with livestock. To open a facility where children can learn to be one with nature and enable them to grow in the community with a positive feeling about themselves and their peers. I would love to host retreats where adults can come together and learn to be true to themselves without self-judgment and fear of judgment from others. To learn to be ok with helping and needing the help without the desire for recognition. In ten years, I see myself sitting on the porch of my ranch and soaking up all the blessings and lessons I have been gifted throughout life. Sharing those experiences with others and learning also from them and their story. I feel that I will be surrounded by my grandkids (yes I am hoping for more) and the family connecting all to each other. I would love to be in a community of like-minded souls who understand or are willing to toy with the fact that we are all connected both to each other and all life around us.

What are your top 3 tips within your expertise?

If I was to offer three tips to you, I would say

  1. Don’t feel you are not good enough ever, you ARE who you are and that is perfect at every moment in time. We are here to grow and learn so enjoy the experience.

  2. Smile at everyone you see as a smile changes the day in more ways than one.

  3. Stop and embrace the beauty around us, put your phones away and experience life don’t just live it.
