In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, the qualities and strengths of a great leader are undergoing a profound transformation. The old paradigms of leadership are giving way to new approaches that emphasise adaptability, authenticity, and diversity.

Understanding the key traits of a great leader

Leadership is no longer a one-size-fits-all concept. The pace of change in the business world is relentless, rendering traditional leadership skills somewhat outdated.
