It’s a common question, and everyone has an opinion, from the pure addict (my wife) to the health nut who won’t touch it. So what's my point of view? I believe you should do what you enjoy and make it as healthy as possible. Sometimes the dogma of denial is worse than the enjoyment of the ‘forbidden.’ That said, it doesn't mean coffee at all costs. Here are a few ways to make coffee 'better' for you. And what if the $6 spent on coffee could be invested in your male health in a much more productive way?

Coffee health 101
Avoid soy milk. Soy is bad for sex hormone balance, and most soy is now contaminated by GMOs, which further disrupt bodily functions.
Use organic mould-free coffee. The mould that grows on coffee is one of the most endocrine-disrupting compounds known to man. Make sure your coffee beans are 100% guaranteed mould-free.
Don't overheat the coffee. The properties of coffee don't improve when overly heated. Why not try cold brew coffee to feel the true effects of a great cup?
Know the hidden dangers of the 'bulletproof' keto coffees. Watch out for dairy that is not grass-fed, as it may contain hormones and sex hormone disruptors. In the book "The China Study by T. Colin Campbell", the risk of modern dairy is highlighted regarding its contribution to cancer. Choose macadamia oil as a healthy fat, as it helps testosterone production and tastes great.
Avoid plastic mugs, plastic coffee lids, coffee pods, and takeaway coffee cups. Heating plastic leaches significant amounts of toxins into the coffee. You may not feel the negative effects instantly, but repeated consumption will contribute to hormone disruption.
Coffee boosters 202
Utilise the beneficial properties of coffee:
Transport system for superfood nutrients. Coffee is a great transport mechanism for nutrients, so why not upgrade your coffee with mushroom extracts, hormonal support herbs, or macadamia oil or coconut oil to really make your mornings zing?
Potent fat burner. Keto coffee is popular, but the effect of caffeine on stimulating fat burning has long been known. Add a measure of MCT oil to your morning brew before cardio or weights and feel the energy shift.
Mild laxative. Coffee helps get things moving in the morning, so start the day with a cleanse and feel brighter.
As you can see, I view coffee as a very helpful wellness tool, with a few caveats.
What if, rather than spending $6 a cup to be poisoned, you made your own at home so you know it is as healthy as possible, and used the $6 to invest in your male wellness?
We always choose our local organic coffee supplier and store the whole beans in the freezer so they remain fresh before grinding each day. We then go to town with a potent blend of mushroom extracts, including cordyceps, lion’s mane, turkey tail, and shiitake, along with organic coconut oil.
Why not give it a go and feel the changes? Let me know what you think.
