Why is AI the biggest opportunity and threat small businesses have ever seen?

From the research and development side, I’ve seen artificial intelligence research grow increasingly over the past two decades. However, getting new AI technology and breakthroughs into the world has had its challenges – until now. The release of OpenAI’s ChatGPT allowed AI to go mainstream within weeks. Microsoft’s partial purchase of OpenAI and its integration of GPT into Bing and Office

365 products are changing how we do everything. Microsoft’s move has also put pressure on top AI companies like Google and Meta to release the AI technology they’ve been sitting on. Media coverage has sparked billions of investment dollars into AI startups, causing an explosion of new AI applications. The business owners, executives, and employees that understand AI and how to use it first will gain a significant competitive advantage over those that don’t.

How can small businesses start using Artificial Intelligence?

Find a forward thinker in your organization and appoint them as the Chief AI Officer or some other cool title. (If you’re a solopreneur, then that’s you.) Ask them to develop an AI strategy for the next 3 to 12 months and form an AI task force of employees who want to explore AI possibilities. Hire an AI consultant that can guide you to develop a strategy, plan an initiative, provide resources, and help you evaluate new AI tools and applications. Let all your employees know they will not be replaced by AI, but they may be replaced by someone who knows how to use AI. Get everyone on board to explore new tools and possibilities. Give them the AI training they need to help them level up their skills and show them your commitment to their success.

Who are your clients and how do you help them?

At TruVersity, our clients are typically seven and eight-figure businesses that are looking to optimize their processes, stay ahead of the competition, and accelerate growth through the power of AI. Our clients vary in size from coffee shop owners to larger healthcare providers. They come from a wide range of industries, including service companies, food services, retail chains, real estate, and financial organizations. We help our clients in a variety of ways. We also provide expert consulting services, where we work closely with our clients to understand their unique business needs and develop custom AI solutions that meet those needs. In addition to training and consulting, we offer software solutions that are designed to help businesses optimize their processes and drive growth. Our solutions range from custom AI software development to pre-built AI tools that can be easily integrated into existing workflows. Ultimately, our goal is to help our clients unlock their full potential and achieve their business goals through the power of AI. Whether you´re looking to upskill your team, develop custom AI solutions, or integrate AI tools into your existing workflows, TruVersity has the expertise and experience to help you succeed.
