While it's great to have a "motivated mindset," what's long-lasting is continuous momentum. Momentum can be a small win each day that fuels longevity. As we find small things in everyday life to celebrate and build upon, this can begin to create a system within that becomes our automatic nature. Ultimately, we reach our sought-after goal or destination through this system, which we have installed over time as a new program built from momentum-building blocks.

What are the five pillars of mindset momentum?

Passion

Passion serves us by giving us a natural ability to give seamless effort in whatever endeavor we engage in each day. If we are passionate, we will have the natural energy to put toward tasks, goals, or accomplishments.

Patience

In life, there are things for which we know the amount of time they will take, and others that are unknown and can seem discouraging. Patience reminds us to be in the "present moment" and to trust that our momentum blocks are working, even when we do not see any physical or immediate proof.

Strength

When we look at strength from a mental perspective, this is where resilience is built to sustain us through unforeseen setbacks or circumstances that will arise. Learning to take an optimistic approach to hardships or disappointments helps to push us past the next momentum block.

Endurance

Being flexible and adaptable, and knowing that things will ultimately rebalance, is what keeps us showing up and running the race when we're mentally and physically exhausted.

Fortitude

When all else seems not enough, we tap into our inner warrior mode, which we all have inside. Our will power serves as a non-negotiable power source to overcome any challenge we face.
