Music has the power to reach places within us that words cannot touch. It stirs emotion, unlocks memory, and reconnects us with parts of ourselves we may have forgotten. When we engage with music intentionally, it becomes more than sound; it becomes a gateway to healing, creativity, and inner strength.

The black-and-white photo shows a close-up of a person's shoulder and upper torso, emphasizing the natural curves and shadows of the human form in a minimalist and artistic style.

There’s a voice inside each of us that knows.

Even when we feel confused, disconnected, or numb, she knows.

In Italian, “Lei Sa” means “She knows.”

It refers not just to a woman, but to the deep, wise, often hidden part of ourselves, the one that remains rooted even when the world shakes.

This playlist is a tribute to that part of you.

Why music can help you reconnect

Music has the power to reach places within us that words alone often cannot.

It doesn’t ask for explanations. It doesn’t need logic.

It goes straight to the body, the breath, the soul.

When we choose what we listen to with intention, music can become a tool of healing and transformation.

Music can help you:

  • Move through emotional blocks

  • Reconnect with your strength and inner power

  • Feel your body again

  • Awaken intuition and inner guidance

  • Soften, surrender, and trust

The “Lei Sa” Playlist: A Journey Back to Yourself

I created the “Lei Sa” playlist as a kind of sacred container.

A musical space where you can breathe, feel, cry, dance, and remember.

It’s for the moments when you need you.

Your truth. Your depth. Your healing.

It’s filled with powerful voices, poetic lyrics, feminine energy, ancestral rhythms, and quiet revelations.

How to turn listening into a ritual

Here are a few ways you can use this playlist with presence and intention:

  • Light a candle, close your eyes, and let the music guide you.

  • Pick one song per day and journal your emotions or insights as it plays.

  • Dance freely in your living room, no rules, just movement.

  • Use music as a boundary: a way to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself.

  • Create your own mini-playlist with 5 songs that mirror what you’re going through.

She knows. And so do you.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned as a therapist and as a woman, it’s that our resources don’t come from outside.

They’re already here waiting to be activated.

And sometimes the key is simple:

  • Stop.

  • Listen.

  • Feel.

Music isn’t just entertainment.

  • It’s medicine.

  • It’s a mirror.

  • It’s home.

Lei sa. Even when you forget, the part of you that truly knows still knows.
