Holistic development through education from the early stage of a child’s life has become more important now, than ever before!

Gone are the days when parents used to spend their entire day with their children.

With the way technology has advanced and the way that education methods have changed, a holistic approach to youth development has become exceptionally vital for our youth.

Academic excellence alone can no longer assure success and happiness in life and career as our children become adults. Holistic youth development focuses on intellectual, mental, physical, emotional, and social abilities in a child so that he or she is capable of facing the demands and challenges of everyday life. These abilities are vitally important for success in both professional fields of work, and in overall life fulfillment. Every child is a unique individual. He or she has their own authentic personality traits, interests, preferences, values, attitudes, strengths, and weaknesses. The educational curriculum that our children receive must be able to help each individual child find his or her distinctive place in our world that is in alignment with the authentic nature that he or she beholds. In order to achieve this, a holistic approach to youth development is of utmost importance. A holistic approach to youth development, aims to develop multiple facets and abilities of the human brain. Conventional educational and learning systems aim at the development of intellectual capabilities only. Holistic education and growth of our youth aims at the development of physical capabilities, intellectual abilities, cognitive abilities, mental abilities, emotional abilities, and social skills. What children require today in schools is not just academic lessons. We need education systems that our helping our children to understand his or her self, emotions, and mental duress, while also teaching our children how to build up healthy and functional relationships, develop resilience, and team spirit. Such a system boosts the self-confidence in our youth so that they can go on to achieve greater heights in their careers, while also becoming outstanding citizens of society who contribute to the growth and development of our world as a whole.
