Everything that exists is a wave (and sometimes a particle) and has its own frequency. The topic of frequencies is literally growing daily. People are awakening and seeking natural ways to achieve harmony and health. But why frequencies? Perhaps most people don't even think about the why, instinctively following a calling. This is nothing new. Albert Einstein once said, "The medicine of the future will be the medicine of frequencies," just as Tesla claimed, "If you want to unlock the secrets of the universe, think of concepts like energy, frequency, and vibration." Tesla also said, "Our body consists of energy. If we understand this, we can treat illnesses with frequency and not with medication."

Hand holds a pink cross with a heart. A glowing heartbeat line extends from the cross. Background is blurred, creating a caring mood.

If we take Chinese medicine, which has been around for over 8,000 years, it also becomes clear that energy precedes matter. This later gave rise to acupuncture, a special form of making energy and matter tangible.

How can we imagine that frequencies affect us?

To understand this, let's consider frequencies like music. When you listen to your favorite song, it activates the limbic system, brings back memories and good thoughts, and this releases hormones that make you feel happy, warm, and content. These hormones spread throughout your body as good frequencies. Every cell in you senses this vibration. Maybe you sing, maybe you dance. And all of this happens through melodies and lyrics, different types of impulses, frequencies.

Countless studies have been conducted at Harvard that confirm, for example, that music reduces stress hormone levels and inflammation, and increases nerve cell connections. A meta-analysis in 2009 showed that music improves sleep quality. "The neurobiology of music is a very specific field."

Is it always like this, Gut?

No. If you've stored something poorly, it's not connected properly. That's why a song will affect everyone differently. The limbic system will evaluate it as good or not. Then a chain reaction occurs, you either keep listening or stop and change the music. Even if you're supposedly sick, your body's frequencies are low. That makes it all the more important to listen to high frequencies.

Why do we react like this with frequencies?

Let's go back a bit, to physics class, chemistry class, biology class, to be precise. Oops! Weren't those your favorite subjects? Never mind. We'll keep it understandable.

So, we are made up of many atoms, which form molecules. Molecules become different things. Let's take DNA as an example. Thus, molecules become nitrogen bases. From these, amino acids are created. These give us structure. Without them, we wouldn't look like this. Amino acid chains form our DNA. DNA tells us which amino acids come together, and this is how they become other amino acids, peptides, enzymes, and proteins.

Roughly speaking, amino acids are everywhere. Each amino acid has its own frequency, just like every atom did in the beginning. And so every part of you will have a frequency and thus be energetically "accessible."

To maintain function, we need minerals and vitamins. And our "fuel" comes from fats and carbohydrates.

Which frequencies help the most?

A combination of behavior, discipline, and trust plays an important role in being open here.

Without the right mindset, everything can fall apart. These include meditation, affirmations, prayer, laughter, letting go, acceptance, and emotional intelligence.

Frequencies, like everything else in the world, are incorporated into different methods. Everyone will find what feels right for them. These include classical music, singing bowls, solfeggio, melodies in specific frequencies, built-in frequencies (devices, objects), binaural (and more), and the latest HTGMusic. Does this all sound familiar? One thing doesn’t? I'd be happy to explain it to you.

What is HTGMusic?

HTGMusic supplements body and mind with amino acid-based vibrational frequencies combined with music (classical, 528 Hz, or just the inaudible frequency). It combines science and spirituality to help you find emotional balance, physical and energetic well-being in your daily life.

A daily energy supplement that reduces stress, restores balance, and strengthens mind and body with science and sound. It combines the knowledge of HTG (Hexagram Therapy Genetics, linking the genome and energetic Chinese medicine) with the knowledge of frequencies and music.

What is different about HTGMusic?

The frequencies are programmed at 7 or 8 Hz, depending on the function. We don't hear them. Therefore, melodies are provided that positively influence the nervous system, especially the limbic system.

Everyone can find what they like best. Melodies at 528 Hz, the frequency of love and DNA regeneration, are recommended as perfect companions.

With HTGMusic, you receive energetic supplementation. We believe that energy precedes matter, so nothing is more natural than to energetically supply the body with what it lacks. And here, we are specifically talking about amino acids. They are what give us structure; that’s how we exist as we are.

Do you still need to take supplements?

Yes, of course. The combination makes it perfect. A balanced diet provides the necessary "players": essential amino acids, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, and fat. These are important for matter, mass, and the body.

But think about an atom, do you notice anything? An atom contains more energy than mass. Why not, then, present the most important building blocks energetically as a frequency? That’s, as Einstein and Tesla already said, the future. And the future can be created in the now.
