This week I will be piggybacking on a construct from one of my previous articles mentioning sensory deprivation to augment and cultivate better orgasms in adult females. Specifically, deprivation of the senses of sight and sound, tied into mindfulness, and tied into the earth element. Next week I will be concluding the series on how to connect with the earth element for better orgasms utilizing grounding; from there we will move on to the air element in producing better orgasms for you so please stay tuned.

Try blindfolding yourself in your home; first in a nonsexual manner. Simply deprive yourself of sight and work your way up in terms of time. Set a timer and give yourself ten minutes while moving around your house and trying to navigate around. Be aware of tactile perception, sounds, tastes, smells etcetera. Work your way up to an hour. Additionally, you can do this in terms of depriving yourself of sound as well, and then combining the two for a total of an hour of being deprived of sight and sound simultaneously. This will definitively augment your tactile perception and make your sense of touch much more acute and sensitive.

After roughly a month or two of this practice, you would be ready to move it into sexual realms so that you can become more in tune with your body, your sweet spots and the different types of orgasm that you are capable of achieving. The beauty of this practice is that you can perform it with or without a partner, although having a supportive partner would be ideal and facilitate the optimal effects of the exercise. Sensory (mainly sight and sound) deprivation is integral to mindfulness augmentation and being better tapped into our sensual awareness is key to connecting with the earth element.
