Sicadia-Paige is the founder of True You Collective, Colorado’s dedicated Nervous System Reboot™ Center, where science, frequency, and light-based therapies come together to help clients break free from chronic stress, overwhelm, and nervous system dysregulation.

After decades in dentistry, Sicadia-Paige walked away to pioneer a new kind of healing. One that speaks directly to the nervous system, so a true recalibration can reboot our body and facilitate healing. Healing where the body can be seen as whole, not just individual parts to fix.

For 22 years, my hands worked in millimeters. In the dental chair, precision mattered. A fraction of a millimeter could mean the difference between health and disease, comfort and chronic inflammation. Lasers treated gum disease, devices managed jaw pain, and every adjustment had the potential to change not just a smile, but someone’s overall health.
Yet, despite all the tools, science, and technology, I sensed something missing. I began to see a gap we couldn’t bridge. Their teeth told stories of sleepless nights, stored trauma, and bodies stuck in fight-or-flight. We were treating symptoms, but not the root cause. I watched patients grip the chair in silent anxiety, their jaws clenched, shoulders rigid, their bodies holding onto decades of stress or trauma. I saw the same patterns repeat in chronic inflammation and pain. And no matter how precise my work or how advanced the devices, many are still left struggling. Deep down, I knew their symptoms weren’t just in their teeth. Their nervous systems were stuck in survival mode, and dentistry didn’t have the tools to reach that level of healing.
While I was helping others carry and release their burdens, I was silently holding my own. Balancing motherhood with a demanding career, navigating traumatic childbirths, chronic pain, and later profound grief, my own nervous system was unraveling behind the scenes.
"I walked away from the dental world, not because I stopped caring, but because I cared too much to ignore what real healing required."
A body in pain, a heart in grief
Life, as it often does, brought me to a brick wall at full speed, and I slammed into it with everything I had. At first, I thought it was just a hard season. But I quickly realized it was something bigger: a full-body, full-life awakening. A crash-test moment where the life I had built could no longer contain the person I was becoming.
My trauma hadn’t started there. It had been layered over time childhood wounds, teen years of silent survival, and then adulthood, where the pressure to hold it all together kept building. I saw the same stories reflected in my patients’ lives, long before I fully understood my own.
Motherhood was both my joy and my unraveling. Traumatic childbirth left my body broken, followed by major hip surgery that deepened the inflammation and pain. Painkillers dulled the sensations but also dulled my spirit. My body rejected conventional medical “solutions.” I sat in exam rooms, dismissed and told to “just manage it.” My hormones collapsed. My thyroid spiraled. Depression and anxiety moved in like fog. And then came the moment that rewired me forever, the loss of my best friend and soul sister. That grief hollowed me out, carving a new version of myself I couldn’t yet recognize.
I thought I had understood what my patients were going through, but only then did I truly feel it. I now knew what it was like to sit in a chair, searching for answers, enduring devices and protocols that never touched the real pain that lived deep in my nervous system and soul, beyond words.
Even before this transformation fully took shape, I had always been doing what I called my soul work, supporting others through grief as an End-of-Life Doula, practicing Reiki and craniosacral therapy, channeling messages, teaching, speaking, and writing. Every time a modality helped me survive, I studied it not to gather titles, but to truly understand and offer that wisdom to others.
But even with all of that work, something remained unresolved. The pressure kept building. Until finally, it cracked me open. That was my Neo moment, hand up, calm but unshakable, saying: No! No more band-aid solutions. No more abandoning myself. No more ignoring what real healing requires.
It was after that moment that everything began to shift. I went inward. Cocooned. And slowly, I began to listen not just to my pain, but to the possibilities. That’s when I discovered the missing layer: frequency, light, vibration, and sacred plants.
I dove headfirst into research. I tried everything available: sound lounges, red light therapy, technodelic light experiences, and infrared heat. I journeyed with psilocybin, ayahuasca, and other sacred plants. And as my nervous system began to respond, I experienced something no prior healing had fully delivered: deep recalibration, a Reboot! I wasn’t just coping, I was healing. And with each layer I shed, I didn’t just return to myself I remembered who I had always been underneath it all but even better my body was remembering how to heal.
"True healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken, it’s about remembering what’s always been within us."
Finding the tools that truly heal
Frequency, light, vibration, and plant therapies saved my life and shifted my perspective. Instead of always wondering, I became curious. I had found modalities that could reach where medicine and dentistry had never gone before, the nervous system itself. Along the way, each modality offered me something profound:
Vibroacoustic therapy
For years, I tried to help patients sleep better with devices, adjustments, and endless testing, yet many left frustrated and exhausted. The first time I lay on a sound lounge, I felt low-frequency vibrations ripple through my body, calming layers of tension I hadn’t even realized I was holding. Within weeks, my sleep improved naturally. Now, after 4-10 sessions, I’ve seen clients who spent decades sleepless finally rest through the night, no devices, no frustration, just a nervous system remembering safety.
Red light therapy
Initially, I turned to red light for post-surgery inflammation and tissue repair. It worked wonders for healing my body, but to my surprise, it also touched my grief. Sessions felt like a warm light flickering inside my chest, softening emotional heaviness and easing breath I hadn’t realized was shallow for years. Today, I see clients experience the same lifting of emotional weight alongside physical recovery.
Infrared sauna
Pain and trauma lingered in my muscles and joints long after wounds had closed. Infrared heat helped me release layers of stored tension and toxicity, both physical and emotional, creating space for true healing.
Technodelic sound journeys
These sessions became sacred ground for emotional release. Paired with light frequencies designed for the brain, they opened states of deep clarity and connection, similar to what I’d experienced in plant medicine journeys. These therapies helped me process grief safely, access profound calm, and feel guided instead of lost.
Plant medicine journeys
My time with plant medicine was pivotal in rewiring my nervous system and showing me what it truly means to feel safe, connected, and whole again. Those journeys planted the seed for everything I do now, teaching me how to listen to the body’s wisdom and honor the healing it longs to do when given the right support.
Every certification I hold today began as a lifeline in my own healing. Each one is a tool I learned because it helped me remember who I was beneath pain and grief, and I knew others needed that same chance.
"Healing doesn’t happen in fragments. We aren’t separate pieces to be repaired, we are whole beings longing to feel safe again."
The birthing
What emerged from my journey is True You Collective, a Nervous System Reboot™ center in Colorado, dedicated to helping people shift out of survival mode and into restoration. Through the True You Collective Method, we use frequency, sound, light, vibration, and nervous system recalibration to support the body’s natural healing intelligence.
I’ve witnessed transformations that traditional medicine and dentistry were never equipped to reach. I’ve seen sleep restored clients who once relied on failed devices and still spent years tossing and turning, now return saying they finally slept, deeply and naturally. I’ve watched chronic pain dissolve, allowing bodies once restricted by inflammation and stiffness to move freely again, reclaiming their ability to exercise, play, and live fully. I’ve seen anxiety soften faces once etched with tension begin to relax, breath deepens, and peace returns, sometimes after just a single session. And I’ve held space for grief to release widows emerging from the sound lounge with tears of unexpected relief, saying, “I didn’t know I still needed to cry.” In those moments, they feel safe to mourn and safe to finally move forward.
These moments remind me why this work matters, not just for symptom relief, but for giving people back a piece of themselves they thought was lost forever. It uncovers the true you!
"At True You Collective, I’ve seen grief, pain, and anxiety lift not through force or fixes, but through the nervous system’s innate ability to remember balance."
Remembering true healing
Dental science taught me precision, care, and compassion. It showed me how deeply stress, anxiety, and inflammation live in the body. But it also revealed the limits of treating only what can be seen or measured. True healing begins deeper in the nervous system, where safety, rest, and wholeness are remembered.
My journey, all the good and bad, birthed True You Collective. A space I wish had existed for my patients and for me: a bridge between science and soul, technology and intuition, a place where healing doesn’t have to be fought for or chased, it simply gets to be remembered.
And every time I watch someone leave True You Collective standing taller, breathing easier, or smiling with peace in their eyes, I know this is the future of care: one where the nervous system leads the way, and where true healing finally feels like home.
