My ‘WHY’: Empowering people to accomplish personal transformation so they can create next-level success and happiness.

What is your business name and how do you help your clients?

I’m the Founder and Director of Mindful Solutions Ltd. I help my clients to "dissolve their stress and struggle and evolve success and balance" so they can enhance their personal and professional performance using my easy-to-follow Mindfulness Success System. With my Mindfulness programs, I help my clients to design a new way to think and a new model of living.

As an example, while at the foundational level, my ‘Mindfulness Powerhouse’ program is designed to help you turn stress & struggle into success & balance, I help my clients accomplish much more than this. I help my clients with a multi-dimensional approach that empowers them to reduce stress and build their inner strength to disable the impact that any stressors may have on their mental, emotional and physical well-being. It then leads you to specific connected strategies to create sustainable success and happiness in all areas. Apart from experiencing improved physical wellbeing, stronger immunity and higher energy levels, the program provides you with the skills to start nurturing and enjoying better relationships, personally and professionally. You also learn to build higher self-awareness and attention, leading to enhanced focus, confidence, productivity and efficiency. What kind of audience do you target your business towards? The core of my work is with entrepreneurs, CEOs, executives, professionals and driven individuals to support them to achieve peak performance, balance and happiness. What are your current goals for your business? I’m dedicated to helping people become top achievers. Since 2013, I have had the valuable opportunity to empower hundreds of professionals and entrepreneurs to easily and strategically overcome their stress and overwhelm. This has helped them to boost their performance, productivity, emotional intelligence, peace and happiness. One of my business goals is to make a positive difference in the lives of at least a million people by 2025 so they live and enjoy more empowered and happier lives. What would you like to achieve for yourself and your business in the future? With new research and advances in the mindfulness space, I always strive to upgrade my programs by integrating the latest cutting-edge neuroscience strategies in order to provide more value. This requires me to consistently invest in my own learning. I plan to continue on this learning pathway in order to grow my business in the direction where it becomes a platform for my vision of transforming global consciousness. Since I can’t do it on my own, I keep exploring relevant collaborations and joint ventures with other like-minded entrepreneurs. Who inspires you to be the best that you can be?

I get my inspiration from some of my previous and current mentors like Tony Robbins, John Kehoe, Robin Banks, Jay Shetty, Deepak Chopra, Richard Bolstad, Michael Beckwith and Carl Harvey, to name a few. Apart from this, I also draw inspiration from ordinary people who accomplish extraordinary goals in life in the face of massive challenges. What is your work inspired by? As a former corporate executive who experienced the excruciating pain of overwhelm by work-life pressures, I deeply understand the damaging effects of daily stress in fast-paced work environments, be it a business or corporate space. The impact of these pressures is more profound now as a result of massive post-pandemic global disruptions. My vision and desire to help people overcome these challenges and live more empowered and progressive lives inspires me to work every day in this direction. Tell us about your greatest career achievement so far. In the last couple of years, I’ve had the opportunity to introduce and run organization-wide Mindfulness programmes in a corporate space impacting over 1800 staff. The program resulted in excellent outcomes with regard to mental and emotional well-being, as well as resilience and emotional intelligence. Apart from this, I’ve been able to train and help hundreds of entrepreneurs and leaders to reduce stress and overwhelm and achieve peak performance leading to increased bottom lines in their businesses. If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why? There are some high-profile and inspirational leaders in the mindfulness space. However, one of the observations I’ve made is the lack of collaborative work in order to maximise the impact and make a difference in people’s lives. I’m striving to change this and set a new standard where joint ventures between leaders in this space become a norm and in fact, a sought-after approach. Tell us about a pivotal moment in your life that brought you to where you are today. About nine years ago, I was in a well-paying corporate role, and I really thought that was it – that was the success I needed to live a happy life. I had worked really hard to get there. While I enjoyed the role and was grateful for it, slowly, I could start seeing signs of burnout as I found myself over-working in order to prove myself. As a result, I started losing work productivity. So, I started to accumulate stress, which slowly grew and went up to the point that one morning when I woke up, I didn’t want to go to work.

That was truly a warning signal that something was really wrong at a deeper level.

All this pain and dejection started manifesting in my physical health. I started getting lazy, gaining weight and losing energy…and even the desire to work on changing it.

Above all, I started losing my connection with myself. Life seemed to be a big burden at the time. I felt stressed, depressed and clueless…

That was my lowest phase in life.

So, I started seeking answers to my questions and solutions to my problems.

And then, I discovered the true essence and value of MINDFULNESS.

I realized that Mindfulness is a way of living that can lead us to the 360-deg level of success, happiness and balance that everyone is looking for.

Gradually, I understood that Mindfulness is about paying attention to our own neural system -the way our brain operates and the infinite power it has. And it’s about applying this understanding to build successful strategies through mindful goal-setting and action planning.

Now, this was a huge turning point for me as it led to my transformation at all levels.

Having learnt these skills and applying them to craft and accomplish my inner transformation led me to transform my outer world.

And this eventually led me to establish my Mindfulness Success Coaching business in order to share these lessons and strategies with others.
