This week I will be concluding the series on connecting the earth element to achieving more comprehensive and satisfying orgasms for adult females. Next week, I will begin illustrating how connecting to the air element can help facilitate orgasms from other realms for adult females; there is lots more to come so please stay tuned. Where and when conditions allow, go find a place to lay in the grass and look up at the sky.

Literally, connect your bare feet with the earth as much as you can and take and make every opportunity to do so. This is known as Grounding or Earthing and has been proven to augment reconnection with the Earth's electrons and has been found to promote intriguing physiological changes and subjective reports of well-being (Chevalier et.al. (2012). Moreover, oscillations of the intensity of the Earth's potential may be important for setting the biological clocks regulating diurnal body rhythms, such as cortisol secretion (Oschman, 2008).

Since orgasms lower your cortisol levels it makes sense that daily regulation of cortisol secretion by Earthing/Grounding would lead to deeper and more pronounced orgasms of various kinds for adult females. With the exception of women who have suffered some kind of childhood sexual abuse, it has been found that when women are stimulated in some way, their cortisol levels either decrease or have no significant change (Hamilton et. al., 2008). In other words, the less stressed an adult female is, the better she will respond to being stimulated and the more stimulated she is, the less stressed she will become. Connect to the Earth.
