Choose health.

Choose love.

Choose joy.

Choose success.

Choose gratitude. It sets the mindset to attract more abundance.

Choose to live in the NOW.

By choosing your life, you are living in your power. You have control over what you do; you create the life you are meant to live.

Wherever you are today, choose the ending you want. Each step you take can lead you closer to the life you want to live.

As an example, choose health. It truly does feel good to feel good. If you do not have your health, everything about your life is impacted.

If you have inflammation, pain, or stress, are not sleeping, if you want to lose weight, then choose your different outcome this year. You need to decide to commit to choose a different life. It is not impossible to create health, but you need to decide that you will do everything to make health a reality.

You need to decide that how you eat is going to change. You choose to cook so that you control the nutrients that you are getting from your food. You choose to eat the full rainbow of fruits and vegetables because they work together to create health, and you choose to eat organic. You choose to stop eating processed food and fast foods that are full of chemicals. You choose to find a way to move your body daily. If you want to lose weight, you will not diet, choose to eat to be healthy, and the weight takes care of itself. If you are exhausted all the time, you choose to get seven continuous hours of sleep every night. You consciously choose ways to control your stress. You are, literally, going to choose health with everything you do. Choose your life.

There is a quote that I have always loved. Make it YOUR mantra for 2021.

“Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one commits oneself, then Providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one's favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamt would have come his way. Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it!”William Hutchison Murray

Take back your power in 2021. Stop sabotaging the life that you want. Commit to what you want and recognize that you have the power to create it. Whether it is health, love, joy, success, or gratitude, focus on what would create the life you want to live and then choose to make it happen. List what it would take, and then do it.

Remember, depending upon the commitment to your goal, a permanent choice becomes a permanent solution. A temporary change is a stay of execution. No choice, and nothing changes. With choice must come action.

If you need help reaching the goals you want to achieve, then hire a coach to help you get there.

Who hires a coach? A winner who plans to win. I am a health coach; how can I help you?
