Vanina Pitsch, Professional and Personal Coach

Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better. (Feel free to share your hobbies, your passions, your family life, your pets and anything that makes you unique.)

I am a leadership development specialist, personal and professional coach, and mindfulness facilitator. I’ve actually worked in the corporate world for 10 years, have practiced as a life coach for 4 years, and have led & facilitated experiential workshops and retreats for over 2 years. Essentially, I’m passionate about helping people move through life’s challenges so that they can transform into their next level selves, because I have done the same myself.

I’m also a strong believer in prioritizing my health and cultivating my well-being so that I can shine, fully show up, and provide support to others. It is from this place that I serve and step into my mission to work with individuals who are transforming from the inside out and evolving to their next level selves with the coaching, mindfulness and embodiment practices that I offer.

I take care of my mental health and wellbeing with a variety of activities, such as yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, self-reflection and journaling, intuitive dancing, spending time outdoors (running, hiking, cross-country skiing) and playing tennis.

I have also lived in several countries such as France, Germany, USA, Canada, and Australia so I speak three languages fluently and love to travel as well!

What is your business name and how do you help your clients?

I have founded GloWell Coaching in 2020 after having gone through a difficult time in my life to support others in their growth journey so they can break their own glass ceiling and evolve to their next level selves.

As I believe that our internal reality is a reflection of our external reality, I use a holistic approach including coaching, mindfulness, and other embodiment practices to help people connect to themselves. So they can walk away with greater self-awareness, insights, and uncover blind spots that will ultimately help them navigate the change that they desire in their life.

Tell us about a pivotal moment in your life that brought you to where you are today.

A pivotal moment for me was when I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 32 years old. This shocking event led me to do the inner work and create new, empowering beliefs for myself. Through my healing and inner transformation, I was propelled forward and became committed to dedicating my life’s mission to helping individuals grow into their next level selves.

What kind of audience do you target your business towards?

I work with professionals who feel stuck in their careers or lives in order to help them gain clarity about what they value and the steps they can take in order to truly thrive.

I also work with companies to help create inclusive environments where their people feel respected and safe enough to bring their whole selves to work.

What are your current goals for your business?

My goals for this year are to collaborate with individuals to help bring empathy and mindfulness into the workplace. I will also launch a transformative coaching program for professionals who are looking to make career changes that are in alignment with their soul’s purpose. So they can live and create the life that they truly desire.

Tell us about your greatest career achievement so far.

In my corporate career, I am proud of having created several initiatives and programs to create inclusive work environments and support employees (across all levels of the organization) in their leadership development journey.

As an entrepreneur, I am proud to be collaborating with companies to bring mindfulness practices into the workplace and support employees in building inner resilience and reducing their stress levels. I have also hosted several well-being events and retreats for individuals to recharge their batteries and take care of themselves.
