Who is Claire?

Hey, I’m Claire, a female empowerment coach, and entrepreneurial businesswoman. I have worked within the health and fitness industry for almost 20 years at an international level in the UK, NZ, and Australia and now based in the UK. I’m an author of two books, The Winning Formula - Discover the Secrets to Unleash Your Alpha female and The Winning Physique - How to Get the Competitive Edge on stage, TV presenter, and CEO of The Naked Warrior.

I am a keen aerialist, regularly practicing aerial hoops and silks and a single mum to a young son. I enjoy racing and competing in indoor go-karting, interested in motorsport, and incredibly passionate about living a life of adventure. I love to travel and experience new cultures.

What is it that you do for your clients?

I help women looking to take their current state to the next level, break through plateaus, and push to new limits in all areas of their lives.

The Naked Warrior woman strives to be the best version of themselves, has a slightly fierce edge, and is fearless in pursuing their goals. The programs are created to ignite the spark of determination for women to reconnect to who they are and be confident with it.

I created The Naked Warrior brand, coaching programs, and associated books and fitness app to offer a full service to clients so they can push past barriers holding them back with their fitness, health, and mindset.

I help women be bold, take back control, and get rid of the mental junk holding them back to accelerate their results and amplify their lives!

I work with women through one-on-one or group mindset coaching as well as one-to-one fitness and nutrition overhauls.

Who should hire/work with you?

On an individual basis, I work with women who are fed up with feeling stuck with not getting a result with their health and fitness. Women who feel lost and uninspired, who want to feel energized and vibrant daily! Together I can show them how to overcome self-sabotage, identify triggers and create strategies to achieve success with their mindset, focus, fitness, and eating habits to feel confident daily and increase their self-belief and body image.

I also offer bespoke corporate coaching programs to support female empowerment in the workplace, bespoke coaching to sports teams, and empowerment coaching for specific industry sectors such as modeling agencies and motorsport.

What is your big goal? Where do you see yourself 10 years from now?

My vision is to grow The Naked Warrior tribe and impact 10,000 women - showing them how to be bold and brave to take back control, so they excel in all areas of their life, personal, career and fitness.

The Naked Warrior Tribe truly connects to the essence of being a strong, empowered female who is feminine yet brave, who can be vulnerable yet strong. It moves away from the elitist and sometimes intimidating feel of a standard fitness community to create a softer, more subtle sexy connection for real women to relate to.

I plan to grow the range of bespoke coaching programs I currently offer and breakthrough into small to medium businesses and be part of their workplace wellness offering.

I am also focused on creating an impact on the motorsport world, supporting women in motorsport in all roles, and be integral in encouraging more young girls to get into racing, motorsport, and driving.
