We have reached a very important time in history. Given the way the modern world is at this point in time, with the ever-increasing pre-orchestrated inflation, cost of living, and the constant fear porn beaming through people's televisions. Now is the perfect time to invest in yourself and your health leading into the next two to five years. It is time people start to think long term instead of short term. There has never been a significant time, such as now, to get yourself mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, and financially strong. Why? Because right now there seems to be a lack of care for one's health and wellbeing. We all came here for more important reasons than to pleasure ourselves into an early grave. Our children mirror, mimic, and copy everything we do. Change and become the best version of yourself, not only for yourself but for your children.

The general population says they have no money to invest in their health. Here is an example of a general person's monthly and weekly spending. They will pay $20 for their Netflix or other TV subscription, $200 minimum every Saturday night down at the local bar to poison themselves and throw up in the bushes, $50 on their favourite Men or women-only subscription, $100 a week on cigarettes and other narcotics and on top of that $6-$10 a day for a cup of coffee. If you cut even a half or a quarter of these things out of your expenses, all of a sudden you have money to invest in your health and well-being. Stop paying money to hurt yourself, flip the script and invest in yourself. That’s the best investment one can make.

The moment I made the conscious choice to stop hurting myself with alcohol, pornography, sex, drugs, mainstream music and TV my life instantly got better. Yours can too. Our bodies are very powerful. Over time, they become reliant and used to the substances you put in them; once you clean them out, you will soon be very shocked at how your body functioned the way it did. You will find that you have more energy to do the things you want to do. If you asked yourself honestly, does drinking alcohol every Saturday night bring you joy? Does sleeping around have meaningless hookups fulfill you? Is smoking a pack of cigarettes a day giving you purpose? Deep down you are yearning for more. You enjoy the comfort that these substances bring you. Furthermore, these substances and chemicals offer you a fake reality which numbs the pain of your life. Sorry to break it to all of you coffee lovers. Coffee has the same effect. Read the book by Stephen Cherniske titled ‘Caffeine Blues.’ This book will give you everything you need to know about what coffee does to you. Break free, I believe in you.

People always ask me for solutions. Well, the solutions here are simple: quit hurting yourself. Open your pantry and be honest with yourself. Ask yourself if the food in there is hurting you or nourishing you? Begin to invest in food that gives you energy and vitality. Start with real nutrient-dense organic food. Once you have your pantry sorted then begin to look at your other habits. A great step is to get your hands out of your pants, get up off the couch and move, stop smoking, stop partying, stop sleeping around and start getting to bed on time, drinking more filtered water, get sunlight and begin to take proper care of yourself, nourish your body and love your body. Appreciate the vessel you have inhibited for this human experience. Progress over perfection. You will make it.

If you wish to become the best version of yourself then work with me 1:1. I will show you how to break free and step out into the world with a purpose and motivation. We will go deep into everything and I will provide a space for you to express it all and turn it into the greatest comeback story ever!
