Six years ago, I took a leap. It began with a quiet but persistent desire: to help people live more authentically, more purposefully, and far more boldly than the world often encourages. That desire, planted in faith, nurtured by community, and watered with courage, grew into what is now Me to Moi Health. Today, I’m pausing to honour an incredible milestone: six transformative years of this deeply personal and powerful journey.

A woman in a light floral dress and green hat poses beside a large gold number 6 balloon, with champagne, glasses, and a framed “Moi” sign on the table.

What started as an individual calling has become a collective movement.

In the past six years, Me to Moi Health has blossomed into a thriving coaching practice rooted in empowerment, self-leadership, and realignment. I’ve launched three signature programs that help people show up fully and unapologetically because I believe there is strength in authenticity and healing in truth. Through a live broadcasted show, I’ve held space for dialogue that challenges norms and opens hearts. I’ve partnered with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations alike to bring equity, clarity, and intention into the way we lead, live, and connect.

Every single workshop, coaching session, and breakthrough conversation has affirmed one core truth: people are craving spaces where they can show up as their full selves and stay there. And that’s the heart of this work.

Now, the next chapter begins.

I’m beyond proud to announce that our signature framework, Time for T.E.A., is going digital.

For years, I’ve guided leaders, changemakers, and everyday people through this transformative model designed to help them turn Opportunity into Action. Time for T.E.A. is a hands-on, heart-centered framework that invites you to Trust Yourself, Embody Your Truth, and Activate with Intention.

And now, for the first time, this powerful framework is available to everyone, everywhere through my soon to be launched online course.

This course is more than modules and materials, it’s a sacred space to pause, reflect, and realign. A place where you don’t just learn, you transform. If you’ve ever felt the urge to reclaim your voice, refine your purpose, or rise above limitations, this course is for you.

As I look back over the past six years, I’m carrying with me some powerful lessons that have shaped not only Me to Moi Health but me, as a Black woman, a leader, and a lifelong learner.

Three lessons I’ve learned along the way

1. Clarity comes through action

I didn’t have it all figured out when I started. But I showed up, step by step. Clarity wasn’t a prerequisite; it was a result of courageous movement. The more I acted, the more aligned I became.

2. You can’t serve from an empty cup

Sustainability in this work requires real self-care, not the pretty version, but the kind that involves boundaries, stillness, and saying no when needed. Audacity without replenishment is a recipe for burnout.

3. Legacy is built in the community

I may be the founder, but I didn’t build this alone. Every client, every partner, every soul who believed in this mission, you are a brick in this foundation. I’ve learned that legacy isn’t built by standing out. It’s built by standing with.

Three takeaways for the road ahead

If you’re navigating your own path of reinvention, reflection, or recommitment, these are my offerings to you:

1. Don’t wait for perfection, start with purpose

Perfection is a myth. Progress is the magic. Let your purpose lead, and the path will unfold.

2. Your truth is your power

The world needs less performance and more presence. When you live your truth, you give others permission to do the same.

3. It’s never too late to begin again

No matter how far you feel from where you want to be, every moment is an invitation to start fresh. Choose yourself again and again.

To everyone who has supported this journey, whether you’ve attended a workshop, tuned in to the show, shared a post, or whispered encouragement behind the scenes, thank you. You’ve helped build something meaningful. You’ve helped co-create a legacy of healing, empowerment, and audacious living.

Here’s to six years of growth, grace, and getting after it. And here’s to what’s next: more boldness, more breakthroughs, and a whole lot more T.E.A.

It’s time to pour into ourselves and rise together.
