This can be as simple as creating a public forum where people can discuss or it may be that you need to create a system where your employees can give feedback. Either way, a community can be difficult to manage at times. This can be the case if it encompasses members who are outside your structure, because if you do not provide a quality service then your reputation can easily be tarnished.

It’s vital that you do everything you can to talk to your team so that you can ask them about the problems they are having and how they feel as though they can help. If you do this then you will soon find that it is easier than ever for you to get a great result out of your company model.
