I envision a world where everyone learns to listen to and understand themselves. Why? Because that promotes good health. And isn't that something everyone wants? So, how about we start with this simple approach to creating that kind of world, my kind of world?

Your mind is the driver, your body is the car – Your consciousness is the coach

These days, as soon as someone feels any kind of symptom, it's immediately interpreted as a sign of an impending illness or the illness itself. Consequently, medication is often prescribed and taken as quickly as possible. In fact, I'm seeing more and more people seeking natural remedies. In my practice, I also recommend this approach.

Medications are foreign substances that, while sometimes necessary, are often used too early. They do what they're supposed to, but at a cost. Your liver has to work harder to metabolize and eliminate them.

The body is the ambassador

As you've already read, your mind is the driver and your body is the car.

A car is driven and steered. If something isn't working, a warning light comes on. What do we do? We check what needs repairing. We repair, adjust, or replace parts.

What do we do when the body shows a symptom (the warning light comes on)? Most people immediately think about suppressing or eliminating the symptom, they take some medication, and that's it. If it gets worse, they go to the doctor or the pharmacy, or they look for someone who can fix the problem. How many people look within themselves and ask, "What's causing this?"

The body acts as a messenger. It will always indicate when something is wrong with "the vehicle," but it will also show when the mind (the driver) needs to process something.

Mind and body function simultaneously

Mind and body work together, and they heal together. If we recall our biology lessons, when an injury occurs, the body goes through various stages of healing, swelling, inflammation, pain. The body follows the same process, regardless of the location or nature of the injury, even when it's purely mental or emotional. This explains why some ailments come and go without any apparent cause. There are different stages involved here as well. That's why some people experience only mental symptoms, while others experience only physical ones. Ultimately, one type of symptom often leads to another.

Every part of the body conveys a message, a reflection of our inner state.

Take insomnia, for example. People with this problem often feel the need to control everything, to miss nothing, to constantly help others, and to worry about everything. They always have to be doing something, taking action. The problem? They never allow themselves to receive anything. They forget about their own needs. Sleep means regeneration, acceptance, and self-care.

There's a lesson to be learned here, finding balance between giving and receiving. And so, for every topic, there's a symptom, a problem, an illness.

What is so important?

Look within yourself. Perceive what you are feeling. Thank them for that and take control.

What should everyone always pay attention to? Ask themselves, What bothers me? What causes me fear, worry, or anger? What do I need? Find solutions.

This is self-love and self-worth.

When you "collect" worry, sadness, but especially frustration and anger, you are storing negative vibrations, low frequencies. These low vibrations become increasingly dense until something manifests in the body.

When is the “coach” in charge?

What exactly does such a "coach" do? It analyzes, maintains order, gives commands. That's also what your conscious mind is for. This allows you to always return to the present moment. How? There are so many ways.

Basically, it works like this, you suddenly experience pain somewhere. Your subconscious mind, your rational thinking, will immediately say, "Something is wrong, I feel bad, oh no, what's happening?!" Your brain (and body) then responds with chemical processes, neurotransmitters, enzymes, and hormones, all in accordance with these very thoughts and emotions. You (the mind) have simply stated, "Stress!" And this is carried out without hesitation. Did you want that? Definitely not!

How can I actively influence things?

In this case, your conscious mind (the inner coach) should step in and say, "Wait a minute, this pain is just trying to get my attention and make me aware that something needs to be healed. So that's a good thing! The sooner I address it, the better, because it's part of the healing process." In doing so, you've essentially told your brain that a healing process is underway. It will then immediately initiate chemical processes that support self-healing.

Is it always like this?

Actually, yes. However, as we know, there are more complex situations, such as in accidents, where surgery may be necessary. And for those situations, I am certainly grateful for modern medical interventions.

What do I actually want to tell you?

Realize that everyone possesses an inner strength that can promote healing. We can make ourselves sick, and we can also heal ourselves. This requires a decision, trust, letting go, and then taking action. It's that simple.

Why not often? Because most people don't trust the process and they doubt themselves. In such moments, a "coach" is invaluable. Yes, the one who helps you stay focused on the present. You need to have discipline.

Take the past as a lesson, nothing more. You are stronger today and better able to find solutions and move forward. Believe in you.

Today, there are so many ways to get help. However, the decision is entirely yours. What kind of person do you want to be? What brings you joy and happiness? That's the path to follow. Step by step. One stage at a time.
