- Niaby Codd, Author, Dream Weaver, Transformational Mentor, Senior Level Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine
Niaby is a Dream Weaver and a guardian of the sacred Merlin lineage, whose gifts unlock the hidden realms of the subconscious through the realm of dreams. In this space, she is able to help people uncover and release the deep wounds and trauma that shape their thoughts, behaviours, and limiting beliefs. Once a successful stockbroker in London and Hong Kong, Niaby experienced a powerful awakening during a period of declining health and burnout. That pivotal moment became the catalyst for a complete transformation, leading her away from the corporate world and into a life devoted to healing, purpose, and soulful service. Now a Transcended Master, Niaby blends her divine knowledge and wisdom with her gifts as a seer, healer, and evidential medium into her role as an intuitive life guidance coach and mentor. This unique integration allows her to intuitively identify the root causes of emotional blocks and trauma. Combined with her ability to release these wounds through the dream state, her work offers a powerful path to deep transformation. Niaby is the author of The Spirit of Life, a book channelled in 2015, through her sacred connection with Merlin, offering timeless guidance for the shift in consciousness that we are now seeing. Her second book, Humanity’s Deception, is a poetic anthology, written in response to the global events of 2020. Unlike the first book, this was not channelled with Merlin, but instead flowed through her own divine insight, as a result of Merlin guiding her into the mastery of her own divine knowledge and wisdom. Niaby currently resides in Ibiza, an island full of magic that has allowed her to connect even deeper to her own inner magic. Her soul’s calling is to create an orphanage and an alternative school, where children can be nurtured in a way that honours their authentic selves. Free from the limitations of conventional societal conditioning, her aim is to guide these children to stay true to who they are and who they came here to be. Niaby hopes to contribute to a global movement of conscious change, inspiring the next generation to play their parts in creating a whole new world that we now have the opportunity to collectively create. A thought leader by example and vision, Niaby gently inspires new ways of thinking. Her work is a call for gentle revolution: a journey into self-healing, genuine authenticity, and the collective evolution of humanity’s consciousness. - Krystal Walden, Master of Science in Gerontology, Senior Level Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine
Krystal Walden is the Founder/CEO of KRYSTAL SPA®, a health and fitness spa devoted to the healing arts. Her remarkable commerce into entrepreneurship resulted from a career boomerang. From the age of 8, Krystal became an accomplished 100 and 200 meter runner. Her execution and excellence in academics and athletics earned her scholarships to the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), where Krystal achieved her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Psychology. Krystal also competed as a World-Class and UCLA Track Athlete trained by the best of the best, Brooks Johnson (U.S. Track & Field Olympic Team coach), Bobby Kersee (U.S. Track & Field Olympic Team coach; husband and coach of six-time U.S. Track & Field Olympic medalist, Jackie Joyner-Kersee), Jeanette Bolden (U.S. Track & Field Olympic Team coach and medalist; former UCLA Track & Field head coach), the UCLA athletic weight training staff, and the UCLA athletic diet/nutrition training staff. While in college, Krystal Walden began her corporate career path in the fashion industry where she soared into an associate buyer position for Guess? Inc. and then Macy's West. With these rewarding experiences she learned to manage multiple $50+ million prestigious vendor accounts that included Men’s Collections (Claiborne, Perry Ellis, Kenneth Cole New York and Reunion) and Men’s Shoes (Nike, Adidas, Puma, Skechers, Rockport, Sperry, and Stacy Adams). Krystal gained skills in developing and managing qualitative financial/assortment planning, comprehensive analysis, advertising, marketing, and promotional components of a business while continuing study to ensure business growth. Despite her success, Krystal had reached a point in her corporate career path where her soul and spirit were no longer fulfilled in the fashion industry alone; her athletic nature was craving for attention. That epiphany motivated Krystal towards an entrepreneurship in the health and fitness industry. In 2002, Krystal developed the business concept of KRYSTAL SPA® when she took notice the absence of health and fitness awareness within most spa facilities of today. This awareness created an opportunity for Krystal to integrate a niche of health and fitness services into high quality spa services. In 2003, Krystal Walden began her intensive Yoga Therapy studies at Bikram Yoga College of India, trained by the world renowned Bikram and Rajashree Choudury. Krystal successfully achieved her credentials as a Certified Yoga Therapist. Krystal continues to deepen her Yoga Therapy studies at Forrest Yoga Institute, trained by the world renowned Anna Forrest. To balance out her knowledge of the human body, Krystal studied Massage Therapy at the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing (IPSB), a school of holistic body therapy. There she successfully achieved her credentials as a Certified Massage Therapist. As the years go on, Krystal’s passion and enthusiasm for the creation and mechanics of the human body grows stronger and stronger. In 2008, she joined Forster Physical Therapy and was an apprentice to Robert Forster, an Olympic sports physical therapy specialist. Krystal is now joined with the Nation’s #1 Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy faculty practice, the University of Southern California (USC) Physical Therapy, as the Physical Therapy Operations Specialist. DO I QUALIFY? Krystal Walden Master of Science in Gerontology Krystal Walden is the Founder/CEO of KRYSTAL SPA®, a health and fitness spa devoted to the healing arts. In addition, Krystal also achieved her Master of Science in Gerontology from the University of Southern California (USC). - Dara Bradley, Breathwork Facilitator & Coach, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine
Dara Bradley, based in Cork Ireland, is an experienced and multi-certified breathwork facilitator & breathwork coach, complimented with an academic background in psychology. She has spent years deeply immersed in the study of the mind & body relationship, allowing her to integrate scientific understanding with holistic somatic practices and therapeutic breathwork experiences. She first discovered Breathwork mid-covid 2020, during a very stressful time in her life and it changed her life in ways she couldn’t possibly have imagined at the time Medically, Dara had previously been diagnosed with the chronic autoimmune Graves Disease and had been on Hyperthyroid medication to help balance it aswell as exploring holistic ways to treat it naturally at the time. When her consultant had advised her that her body had responded well and that she could now stop taking the medication, she was delighted. But in 2020 when covid struck, all routine blood tests went out the window and so did the monitoring of her thyroid levels. Professionally, this period was extremely stressful and overwhelming for her. Her nervous system was constantly in a heightened state—stuck in 'fight or flight' mode—which made it nearly impossible to relax, sit still, or wind down. Unbeknownst to her at the time, her Graves’ Disease had returned—though she assumed it was just stress—leaving her hormones and nervous system completely out of balance and disrupting her sleep. During this time, she stumbled upon breathwork and tried a few short online 'taster' sessions. Almost instantly, she felt a shift: lighter, more at ease, alert, and noticeably more regulated. She was deeply intrigued by the power of the breath and was eager to understand more. A month or so later, during Christmas 2020, she found herself unable to travel home to her family due to being a close contact for COVID. While initially disappointing, this unexpected turn of events proved to be a blessing in disguise—one of those mysterious ways the Universe works. With quiet time and space to herself, she dove deeper into researching breathwork, particularly Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) and had the most profoundly transformative experience. In one powerful session, she received a message that would change everything—it was clear: this was her path, her purpose. Instead of sharing ham and turkey around the family table, she signed up for breathwork training. Shortly after, she made a bold and courageous decision—to leave behind her 16-year corporate career and fully commit to exploring, studying, and embodying the many forms of breathwork. A new world had been opened up to her—and one that her heart and soul was crying 'YES' to. From that moment on, a deeper journey with the breath truly began. She completed numerous trainings in various breathwork modalities, including Conscious Controlled Breathwork and Conscious Connected Breathwork, earning multiple certifications as a Trauma-Informed Holosomatic Breathwork Facilitator and Breathwork Coach. She proudly launched Mo Chuisle Healing Breath in February 2022, and the rest, as they say, is history. Mo Chuisle - pronounced Mu Kooish-la In Irish (as Gaeilge), A chuisle, mo chroí ’’ translates to ‘’Pulse of my heart’’, and shortened to ‘’Mo Chuisle’’ it means ‘’My Pulse’’. It is also used as a term of affection for ‘’My Darling’’ or ‘’My Love’’. (For those of you who have seen the beautiful film Million Dollar Baby this might resonate with you) Healing Breath because we have the power to heal ourselves if we just tap into our bodies wisdom and get the mind out of the way, by using the breath to do so. Healing Breathwork is a holistic and psychotherapeutic approach to self-care and self-healing, which can work on all levels including your physical, mental, emotional & spiritual well-being. This is more than just a breathing practice; it’s a full mind and body reset, it's a journey into the depths of your being, offering a pathway to profound healing and transformation, helping you to enter a deep meditative state, connecting you to your subconscious mind, unlocking your true potential and authenticity. Nothing is being done ‘’to you’’, you decide how deep you go with the breath. By engaging in conscious connected breathwork, you can shift internal stuck energy and tension, gaining clarity, insight, and intuition, activating your parasympathetic nervous system (relaxation state), leaving you feeling lighter & deeply relaxed with a profound sense of inner peace and compassion. We all have access to the best ‘’self care’’ tool there is, and it’s right under our nose ...our own breath!
