Breathwork Facilitator & Coach

Dara Bradley, based in Cork Ireland, is an experienced and multi-certified breathwork facilitator & breathwork coach, complimented with an academic background in psychology. She has spent years deeply immersed in the study of the mind & body relationship, allowing her to integrate scientific understanding with holistic somatic practices and therapeutic breathwork experiences. She first discovered Breathwork mid-covid 2020, during a very stressful time in her life and it changed her life in ways she couldn’t possibly have imagined at the time

Medically, Dara had previously been diagnosed with the chronic autoimmune Graves Disease and had been on Hyperthyroid medication to help balance it aswell as exploring holistic ways to treat it naturally at the time. When her consultant had advised her that her body had responded well and that she could now stop taking the medication, she was delighted. But in 2020 when covid struck, all routine blood tests went out the window and so did the monitoring of her thyroid levels.

Professionally, this period was extremely stressful and overwhelming for her. Her nervous system was constantly in a heightened state—stuck in 'fight or flight' mode—which made it nearly impossible to relax, sit still, or wind down. Unbeknownst to her at the time, her Graves’ Disease had returned—though she assumed it was just stress—leaving her hormones and nervous system completely out of balance and disrupting her sleep.

During this time, she stumbled upon breathwork and tried a few short online 'taster' sessions. Almost instantly, she felt a shift: lighter, more at ease, alert, and noticeably more regulated. She was deeply intrigued by the power of the breath and was eager to understand more.

A month or so later, during Christmas 2020, she found herself unable to travel home to her family due to being a close contact for COVID. While initially disappointing, this unexpected turn of events proved to be a blessing in disguise—one of those mysterious ways the Universe works. With quiet time and space to herself, she dove deeper into researching breathwork, particularly Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) and had the most profoundly transformative experience. In one powerful session, she received a message that would change everything—it was clear: this was her path, her purpose.

Instead of sharing ham and turkey around the family table, she signed up for breathwork training. Shortly after, she made a bold and courageous decision—to leave behind her 16-year corporate career and fully commit to exploring, studying, and embodying the many forms of breathwork. A new world had been opened up to her—and one that her heart and soul was crying 'YES' to. From that moment on, a deeper journey with the breath truly began.

She completed numerous trainings in various breathwork modalities, including Conscious Controlled Breathwork and Conscious Connected Breathwork, earning multiple certifications as a Trauma-Informed Holosomatic Breathwork Facilitator and Breathwork Coach.

She proudly launched Mo Chuisle Healing Breath in February 2022, and the rest, as they say, is history.

Mo Chuisle - pronounced Mu Kooish-la

In Irish (as Gaeilge), A chuisle, mo chroí ’’ translates to ‘’Pulse of my heart’’, and shortened to ‘’Mo Chuisle’’ it means ‘’My

Pulse’’. It is also used as a term of affection for ‘’My Darling’’ or ‘’My Love’’. (For those of you who have seen the beautiful film Million Dollar Baby this might resonate with you)

Healing Breath because we have the power to heal ourselves if we just tap into our bodies wisdom and get the mind out of the way, by using the breath to do so.

Healing Breathwork is a holistic and psychotherapeutic approach to self-care and self-healing, which can work on all levels including your physical, mental, emotional & spiritual well-being. This is more than just a breathing practice; it’s a full mind and body reset, it's a journey into the depths of your being, offering a pathway to profound healing and transformation, helping you to enter a deep meditative state, connecting you to your subconscious mind, unlocking your true potential and authenticity. Nothing is being done ‘’to you’’, you decide how deep you go with the breath.

By engaging in conscious connected breathwork, you can shift internal stuck energy and tension, gaining clarity, insight, and intuition, activating your parasympathetic nervous system (relaxation state), leaving you feeling lighter & deeply relaxed with a profound sense of inner peace and compassion.

We all have access to the best ‘’self care’’ tool there is, and it’s right under our nose ...our own breath!
