Travelling from Cork, Ireland, Dara, the founder of Mo Chuisle Healing Breath, has a deep-rooted love and connection to Ibiza and is delighted to offer her unique group breathwork journeys on the island for the very first time.

She brings nearly a decade of experience in the holistic, somatic, and psychological space. Her work combines trauma-informed breathwork facilitation with intuitive guidance, creating a grounded, heart-led space for healing and transformation.

About the breathwork experience

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a deeply embodied practice that quiets mental chatter and opens the way to presence, stillness, and clarity, tapping into the natural healing wisdom of the body and breath.

This transformative somatic experience allows participants to access layers of emotion and memory stored beneath conscious awareness, often held in the body as tension, anxiety, or physical discomfort. The breath becomes a powerful gateway for releasing unprocessed stress and emotional blockages, giving a full mind and body reset and leaving you feeling lighter and more relaxed.

Through conscious, continuous breathing, participants can access the subconscious mind and activate the parasympathetic nervous system, bringing the body into a deep state of rest and regulation.

In this safe and sacred container, you’ll explore using your breath to:

  • Regulate your nervous system and calm your mind

  • Release stored tension and trapped energy

  • Connect deeply with your body

  • Restore emotional and energetic balance

  • Feel more relaxed, peaceful, and grounded

  • For some, unlock deep spiritual insight and profound inner connection

Whether you’re new to breathwork or seeking to deepen your practice, these sessions offer an opportunity to turn your focus inward and reconnect, releasing what no longer serves you physically, emotionally, or energetically.

What others are saying

Laura, Cork, Ireland

“I was blown away by the experience at Dara's recent breathwork workshop. I've done lots of different types of workshops, from mindfulness, yoga, and sound baths, but this was truly special and magical. It's hard to put into words how beautiful the experience was. Dara created a really safe space and made me feel very comfortable from the minute I stepped in the room. Thanks so much, Dara. I'll definitely sign up again!”

Linda, Cork, Ireland

“Wow, wow, wow! I was blown away by this wonderful experience. It has opened my eyes to the wonders of our own body and the power we all hold. I encourage everyone to book a spot and experience the magic. Thank you, Dara. You are so passionate about what you do. You're inspirational!”

John, Limerick, Ireland

“Another amazing journey today with Dara. It’s my third time doing the group session, and I get as much out of it every single time. Life makes more sense to me after going through the journey. Thank you so much, Dara. Until next time.”

Kara, Cork, Ireland

“Dara, thank you for the most amazing breathwork journey. It’s difficult to even put it into words! You’re so talented at what you do, really putting us all at ease and explaining everything so well. It was the most amazing experience—so healing, empowering, and connecting. In the days after, I felt so happy and lighter, and I slept so soundly. Thank you so much. I’m so grateful. I’ll definitely be back.”
