  • Lindsey Byrne, The Cognitive Health Coach, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Lindsey helps people living with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) or looking to prevent it with the Re:CODE (Bredesen) Protocol. She is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach & a Certified Re:CODE 2.0 Health Coach. After a few years of watching her Mum’s memory decline, despairing, thinking that there was nothing anyone could do, quite by chance, she met someone who said they had almost totally reversed their own severe early onset Alzheimer’s symptoms. That set her on a path of research, training and study, so that now she has a wealth of evidence-backed resources to share. But her expertise is in health coaching; helping people to make lifestyle changes, more quickly, easily and sustainably than if they tried alone. It's imperative to her to get the message out, that you can prevent dementia and improve your brain health and memory even with a diagnosis of MCI. Our modern lifestyles have a huge impact on our health.  But making changes can be tough when we're all so busy and stressed and reliant on convenience foods.  She supports her clients to make small incremental changes that fit into their lifestyles. She's made those changes herself and knows the workarounds.  She's on the Pre:CODE (Prevention) Protocol herself, having tested her DNA at the same time as helping her Mum.  Lindsey Byrne Executive Contributor The Cognitive Health Coach Executive Contributors at Brainz Magazine are handpicked and invited to contribute because of their knowledge and valuable insight within their area of expertise. • Markéta Čepová, PCOS Advocate & Author, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Markéta Čepová’s work is rooted in lived experience. Her journey with PCOS began during a time when her body felt unpredictable and uncomfortable, marked by symptoms such as acne, bloating, fatigue, digestive issues, thinning hair, and missing periods. Years of medical visits left her frustrated and unheard, as her symptoms were treated in isolation rather than as part of a connected whole. Receiving a PCOS diagnosis brought both relief and fear. With no clear treatment offered beyond hormonal contraception, which she chose to decline, Markéta began exploring a different path. Through lifestyle changes, mindset work, and deeper self-inquiry, she restored her cycle and significantly improved her symptoms within months. Driven by curiosity, she continued asking why PCOS develops and why conventional medicine often lacks clear answers. By studying scientific research and reflecting on her own healing process, she came to understand PCOS as a condition rooted not only in physical factors, but also in emotional, mental, and energetic imbalances. This holistic perspective shaped the foundation of her work. Today, Markéta shares her story and science-backed insights to help women feel seen, understood, and supported. She translates complex information into practical, accessible guidance, addressing the whole person rather than symptoms alone. Her mission is to gently guide women toward self-trust, self-compassion, and habits that support healing on all levels, so they can live from a place of love, joy, and confidence without health limitations, and thrive in all areas of life. • Aniko Fisch, Holistic Healing Practitioner, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Aniko Fisch is a holistic healing guide and practitioner dedicated to helping others awaken their innate capacity to heal and thrive. Growing up in a household where herbs and other natural remedies were the primary medicine for any ailment, her journey in the wellness world began with a passion for the healing powers of food. This background inspired her to study and certify as a holistic nutrition and eating psychology coach, with the goal of helping people restore balance and vitality through conscious nourishment. However, it was through working with clients that Aniko realized that true, lasting health cannot be achieved with food alone. This realization sparked a deep exploration into the realms of quantum biology, frequency healing, and energy medicine – a journey that became extremely personal when she experienced a debilitating chronic mystery illness that left her sidelined for years. Along her path to recovery, she gained profound insight into the deeper root causes of dis-ease and the body’s powerful self-healing, self-regulating abilities. Today, Aniko integrates the most transformative tools from her own healing experience into her work with clients. She is certified in Spinal Flow, The Face Up Method, and BodyTalk, and also works with the cutting-edge Theraphi plasma technology, which uses frequency and light to activate the body’s natural regenerative capacity. Her approach is gentle yet deeply effective, helping clients release tension and blockages, recalibrate the nervous system, and return to their natural, vibrant state. Aniko is the founder of Within, a healing sanctuary located on the West Side of Los Angeles, where clients go to heal and rebalance through in-person sessions. She also works remotely with clients around the world, offering accessible and transformative support through online sessions. Her method is a truly holistic approach to healing – addressing not only physical symptoms, but also the emotional, mental, and energetic imbalances that often underlie chronic conditions. She believes that healing occurs when we reconnect and realign with our true nature and when we remember that thriving health is our birthright. Whether supporting clients in their physical healing, emotional clarity, or energetic realignment, Aniko’s work is grounded in the belief that the body is a hologram, and that small shifts at the cellular or energetic level can ripple out to create powerful transformations across every area of life. Aniko’s mission is to help people remember their innate healing wisdom, ignite their self-healing potential, and live in alignment with their highest expression.
