Do you dread when a client asks you “how much do you charge?”? Are you anxious at the thought of the money part of the conversation? Do you start second guessing yourself and wonder if they think you’re too expensive? Are you worried they will say NO after knowing your price? Do you not list your prices publicly? Do you price for industry standards?

Despite spending so many hours creating your offer and program, you get stuck as to how much to charge for it. You see the value, you know the worth and how much your clients are going to gain from your expertise but for some reason you struggle when it comes to pricing, more importantly confidently pitching your offer including the price!

“You haven’t been putting a pause on your compassion and empathy when pricing”

I know why you do sensitive one, I know why you undercharge yourself and second guess your worth! You haven’t been putting a pause on your compassion and empathy when pricing your amazing offers. Being able to empathize with others and connect on a deeper level than the rest of the 80% of the world is one of your greatest gifts. Being Highly Sensitive is such a superpower, but like any superpower, there can be unpleasantries. You are a healer by nature, you want to help others and relieve their pains and struggles, you want them to experience all life has to offer without anything holding them back. You relish in their joy, and you suffer in their pain. Sometimes you find it difficult to separate their emotions with your own as if you’ve step right into their shoes experiencing it as if it’s happening directly to you.

So, it makes sense then why you want to drop your prices so you can help them, you know how much your offer is going to change their lives and help them get to a better place. But here’s what you don’t know you’re actually doing in the process, you’re slicing away at the worth of your service and skills, you’re sending a subconscious message to yourself that you’re not worthy of charging your worth. Maybe you offer them a discount, or moreover, you give them your service for free. Now, this is not to say that there isn’t a place in your business for freebies and discounts, intentionally making that a part of your business plan is different to what I’m talking about right now.

“How much do you charge?”

Let’s think about the last time you were on a sales call, it was going so good and you felt confident talking about the program and all the details and transformation that would happen, you’re excited for this potential client but in the back of your mind you know what’s coming – “how much do you charge?” Your mind starts to race a million miles per hour and you start asking yourself so many questions like:

  • Will they think I’m too expensive?

  • What if they say no?

  • Am I charging too much?

  • Am I qualified to do this?

  • What if I’m not really ready?

  • What if they say YES can I meet their expectations?

  • Am I able to help them reach their goals?

  • Will they think I’m being greedy asking this much?

These are all limiting beliefs and can be compassionately challenged and rewritten to unleash your authentic confidence (contact me to find out how). Here’s the thing, when you are in alignment with your prices and your worth these questions stop! Yes, you heard me right, you no longer second guess yourself, you don’t hesitate before talking about your prices, you confidently pitch your offers (including the money conversation). You see, when you stop undercharging yourself and tap into your intuition, you’ll become confident and raise your self-worth, self-trust and self-love.

7 Steps To Charge Your Worth Intuitively

For this exercise, you'll need a pen and blank piece of paper, a quiet dark space and a candle (to set the mood)...

  1. Sit Quietly With A Clear Mind

  2. Close Your Eyes & Tap Into Your Intuition

  3. Ask For The Divine Number (Don't judge/think about the number)

  4. Write Down What Comes Up For You (Write down the intuitive number)

  5. Analyse The Value To Your Intuitive Number (When you see the number next to the value how do you feel?)

  6. What Else Can You Include? (If you don't feel the value adds up to the number, what more can you include? You want to add value to the number, not decrease the number)

  7. Align Your Worth With Your Pricing (List all the value, experience, expertise you have in your offer/service. What can you do to confidently stand behind this offer and price?)

When you are in alignment with your self-worth and your pricing you will no longer dread the conversation, you will be wanting to shout from the rooftops, you’ll be inviting a balance of energy. Remember that you are giving your service and expertise (outwardly) and in return you must also receive (inwardly) to keep the balance and flow of abundance. You enrich the lives of so many around you, you deserve to receive as much as you give. Let’s explore together how you can fundamentally believe you deserve all the success in your dreams. To no longer stop undercharging yourself and start the equilibrium of energy to confidently close your sales and help those that see your worth and value.
