There is much going in the world right now that is coming from a virus that is causing a pandemic from back in 2020. This new and unknown virus brought forth our fears not just because of this virus, but the fears of our life and how we have to change the way we live. We were not ready for it. This has created an upheaval not just for the world population as a whole, but the fear for ourselves.

This fear for many has shown up through different anxieties as a result of mandated changes placed upon us that affect the way we live and has shown its face through our thoughts and emotions.

We are logically aware of not being able to control these outside forces such as our government, place of business, educational or health care institutions in the decisions that they make and become rules for us to follow.

We are aware that we are unable to control what information they do or don’t take into consideration upon making the final decision that affects populations of people and their way of life.

But through this all, the fear that is felt the most is the constant unknown because we don’t have a full grasp or understanding of a constantly changing situation that is not in our control.

You see, the reason we fear this constant unknown is that we have been raised and taught to make sure that we should always know what we are doing. That if you didn’t know the answer, then research and find out. There are also times in which the answers you discover are later to be determined incorrect by others, and then you are made to feel inferior.

This pandemic brings out deep anxieties and questions that have been residing within you for possibly years about the life that you have lived thus far. It has always been there and this pandemic has brought it to the surface.

Bottom line, this pandemic has uprooted the stability that we have created for our life as well as the plans and goals that were put in place.

Yes, you know that plans and goals in life can change, but not at this quick pace.

So what can you do to bring about a sense of stability for yourself through this pandemic?

First, listen to understand instead of listening to respond.

When there is uncertainty, the mind can go in many directions and create different scenarios trying to prepare yourself for the response back. When we listen to respond, it comes from the mind. But when we listen to understand, the information that you hear sits with you to be felt.

Don’t analyze the information, but just sit with it.

There is so much information out there about this virus, about what to do, and then there are concerns about how it affects your business, work, and/or family life. As you take in all this information, it can be quite overwhelming that you begin to sort through and analyze it all. Instead, sit with this information. To begin, place the information down in bullet points. This helps to get the thoughts out of your mind. Now scan through and look at the information through the perspective of observation.

Then trust the information that you receive.

It can be easy to go into the analytical mode or a looping way of thinking. Our mind does this because not only is it trying to figure out information, but the mind doesn’t want to forget. So after the information is placed in written form, view the information from an observation perspective. New and different information will come to you. As this new information comes to you, feel it in you through your five senses as it merges together as intuition. This is the beginning of Body Intuition™.

As my very wise son has said about intuition, “We have the five senses. Without perspective, there is no imagination.” You don’t have to know which one or all of your five senses you are accessing, but to just be aware of it. When this new information shows itself and felt within you, write this down.

If there is anything positive that has come from this pandemic of chaos, it has created new challenges to know yourself from a different perspective. After all, you have always been looking for opportunities for further self-awareness.

Well, here it is. A chance to know yourself like you have never known before.
