Integrating Western Clinical Science, Eastern Healing Traditions, Regenerative Approaches, and Timeless Ancient Wisdom: An Exclusive Interview with Dr. Juliette Astor

Dr. Juliette Astor's path to medicine began early - an academic upbringing and an almost magnetic pull toward the brain and the mysteries of the mind led her to major in biology before pursuing medical school. She went on to serve as the sole physician for a rural town of 5,000 people, an experience that forged the resilience and resourcefulness she still draws on today. She later relocated to the United States, rebuilding her medical career from the ground up before completing a rigorous general surgery residency in New York City and a facial plastic surgery fellowship in Columbus, Ohio.

It was in Florida, working alongside a holistic medicine physician and discovering the science of epigenetics, that Dr. Astor's philosophy of medicine began to expand - from treating disease to treating the whole person. That conviction became the foundation for The Terra Wellness, her integrative practice combining conventional medicine with regenerative, functional, and energetic approaches to healing.

Today, Dr. Astor practices as both physician and guide, helping patients reconnect with their bodies, their sense of purpose, and — as her practice's name suggests — the grounding wisdom of the earth itself.
