Imagine someone taking a journey with a guide to discover and expand their mind, body, and spirit. This journey would give specifics on where they are and where they’ve been and help them to realize the goal of getting to a specific place of their dreams. In front of the traveler are obstacles of many kinds, and it’s difficult to see the path forward. Now, put yourself in the place of that traveler, and the guide (a coach) is gently helping you with valuable information, insights, and resources. So much so, that your destination and excitement have grown as your path is clearing. The destination is shining through. This is what Coaching is.

A whole life healing coach integrates neuroscience, health/nutrition, yoga/movement, and emotional health into their creative tools. There are several ways to guide a client in unraveling emotional entanglements, taking them from a perceived victim to a strong individual capable of healthy choices. The client is in charge and feels safe in making “out of the box” decisions during practice sessions with a creative coach and then realizing those changes one step at a time. “The coach is the embodiment of the client’s desire to share their empowerment with others.” *A true coach is a tail to a client’s comet.

Coaches see each client as a unique individual with their own set of life situations and paths taken, which have led them to where they are now. They are not broken. They are strong! They are not a standardized diagnosis but a person. We also know that every intention is positive in nature, and that premise brings us to a unique set of practices, discussions, and methods which are specifically for the client in front of us.
