Do you truly and fully understand the power of conversations?

We all have conversations, every day. But the truth is not all conversations are equal, though I would say they are all equally valid.

This isn’t about good or bad conversations or judging them. It’s simply understanding that some hold a significant superpower, that can transform our experience, both in our businesses and in our life.

As a Coach, I have long come to understand how powerful conversations can be. And if you are a Coach, or have ever been Coached, than you have likely experienced these conversations too.

They are the…

Conversations that are raw and real.

Conversations that require our willingness to get vulnerable.

Conversations that open us up to be in trust, flow and surrender.

Conversations that shed light on the darkest parts of us and remove resistance, so that we can be open to receive.

Conversations that help us see us as the Powerful Leader we are.

Conversations that move us into running our business like a CEO

Conversations that expand.

Conversations that trigger us and move us.

Conversations that illuminate our soul and transform our way of BE-ing.

Conversations that HEAL…

Those are the types of conversations that I LOVE having with my clients, with my Mentors, in my business. Why?

Because…

They will move you.

They will transform you.

They will inspire you.

They will motivate you.

They will crack you open.

They will dare you to be audacious.

They will empower you.

And it’s those types of conversations within a group of Leaders that cause ripples that create an epic tidal wave of business momentum, impact, and success.

We may not always have an opportunity to have these types of conversations naturally (though they do happen). And to be honest, not every conversation needs to be this significant, but as a Coach, Woman and Entrepreneur, these types of conversations become even more powerful. Because they help us to experience quantum leaps in our businesses, while feeling heard, seen, and valued. They help us to be our strong, audacious, courageous, and confident selves. They help us stand in our power.

And when we create from this place of alignment and strength, people can’t help it but notice you. It’s the type of presence that sells. It’s the type of leadership that commands attention, not by forcing it but by simply BE-ing it.

If you have read this article to the end, thank YOU. I believe that you are reading it for a reason. I believe it is because you are ready to have these types of conversations. So, I’d love to send you a gift to deepen this conversation we started today. If you would like to receive it, I invite you to send me a DM on my Instagram @theresalambertcoaching with the word GIFT, and I will sent it right over to you.
