Sam Kaur Evans is an Emotional Intelligence & Legacy Mentor who turned personal grief into a global movement for truth-led leadership. After losing everything and walking through deep healing, she shut down her six-figure business in obedience to rebuild from divine order. From that surrender came the DIA:EQ™ Diagnostic of Infinite Ascension™, a system merging emotional intelligence with spiritual alignment to restore clarity, conviction, and peace to high-performing women. A two-time bestselling author and CREA Awards Winner 2021, Sam is redefining what leadership, wealth, and emotional authority look like in the next era. As CEO of Leoship Property Ltd, she proves that faith and precision can build both profit and purpose.

Sam Kaur Evans, Emotional Intelligence & Legacy Mentor
Who is Sam Kaur Evans?
I’m a wife, home educating mother to two boys, a mentor, and visionary who rebuilt her entire life and business after walking through deep grief and loss. At home, I’m grounded through the foundation we have built through God, as a family. I love house music, going to the gym to reset my spirit, and cooking home-cooked meals from scratch every day.
In business, I’m direct, strategic, and deeply spiritual. I’m the creator of the DIA:EQ™ Diagnostic of Infinite Ascension™, a framework that helps women lead with emotional authority, spiritual clarity, and divine order. I’m also a two-time bestselling author, CREA Awards Winner 2021, and CEO of Leoship Property Ltd, where I apply emotional intelligence to real business and investment decisions.
Something interesting? I’m 46, but everyone thinks I’m 30, probably because I’ll happily dance in the middle of the gym when a house track hits. Before all this, I worked as an executive assistant where my love for structure, growth evolved, and even have an International Diploma in Montessori Early Years Pedagogy, where emotional awareness first appeared into my life and a reflection of who I am. I’m a homebody who loves cooking from scratch, being a traditional wife, and creating a home filled with peace and laughter.
What inspired you to become an EQ and Wealth Leadership Mentor and to found your signature programme DIA:EQ™?
Honestly, pain did. Grief stripped away everything I thought success was. I had all the strategy, the income, the brand, but internally, I was empty. Through that process, reading scriptures and prayers in stillness, I realised emotional chaos was the real block to peace, wealth, and clarity. DIA:EQ™ was born from that revelation. It’s not theory; it’s obedience. It teaches leaders how to recognise emotional interference, rebuild divine identity, and lead from conviction instead of compensation.
How do you define “emotional authority,” and why is it crucial for high-calibre women leaders today?
Emotional authority isn’t a “human design type.” It’s far deeper than that. It’s the ability to govern yourself with truth under pressure, without excuses, justification, or overwhelm. It’s when your emotions no longer dictate your decisions; your discernment does.
For high-calibre women, emotional authority is non-negotiable. You can have every strategy, team, and system in the world, but if emotional inconsistency is leading the show, success becomes cyclical instead of sustainable. Emotional authority is what stabilises vision, wealth, and legacy, it’s the foundation of leadership that lasts.
What specific challenges do you most often see your clients facing and how do you help them overcome these?
Most of the women I work with are already successful and clear on their business, yet they’re exhausted from chasing instead of trusting. They’re leading, but not at peace. They keep investing, but the breakthroughs never feel permanent.
The biggest challenges I see are emotional misalignment, over-giving, guilt around wealth, and confusion in identity, all of which weaken their authority in the power God’s already given them. Through DIA:EQ™, I help them dismantle those internal patterns, diagnose the interference, and rebuild from divine order. Once that internal structure is restored, everything external, revenue, relationships, consistency, begins to align naturally.
Can you walk us through your unique process for helping women transition from survival mode to consistent six- and seven-figure leadership?
Yes. It’s a 3-part process:
Diagnosis: We uncover the emotional interference and identity distortion that’s quietly blocking growth and clarity.
Recalibration: We rebuild emotional authority, decision-making, and divine order through my DIA:EQ™ framework, aligning leadership with peace, not pressure.
Ascension: We integrate emotional and spiritual intelligence into strategy, leadership, and wealth identity so income becomes an extension of order, not chaos.
This process takes women from reactive survival to sustainable, peaceful prosperity.
How does spirituality or faith play a role in your work with women, business, and wealth?
It’s everything. I don’t separate spirituality from business, I align them. Strategy without spiritual intelligence always turns into striving. The women I work with are often faith-led, but they’ve been conditioned to mute that part of themselves in business and that’s what blocks their ability to access what’s already ordained for them.
I teach them that obedience is the new success metric. That means you don’t measure success by speed, followers, or figures – you measure it by faithfulness. Did you move when God said move? Did you pause when He said wait? That’s the calibration.
When your leadership aligns with divine order, your business becomes an act of worship, not warfare and wealth becomes the fruit of peace, not pressure.
What sets your mentoring apart from more mainstream coaching programmes?
I’m not here to motivate you; I’m here to dismantle the emotional interference that’s been leading you.
Since the surge of coaches during the pandemic, a lot of surface-level methods have been exposed for what they are, temporary fixes built on performance, not truth. I knew something deeper was required.
My work goes beyond the subconscious; it’s spiritual. I don’t teach mindset – I teach mastery. I don’t build funnels – I build foundations. While most coaching focuses on strategy, I restore the root: emotional authority, spiritual clarity, and identity alignment. Once that’s intact, everything else, leadership, wealth, and legacy, everything else flows with precision.
And with that being said, I am here to bring back what true coaching and mentorship really is, without the fluffy pillow talk.
Could you share a real-life transformation story that illustrates the kind of results a client achieves working with you?
Yes – One of my clients recently completed The Emotional Authority Experience and began the DIA:EQ™ Diagnostic soon after. Here’s what she said:
“The Emotional Authority Experience is brilliant! Sam is able to bring leadership and faith together in perfect alignment. She helps you identify your emotional patterns, explains them in great detail, and then provides you with tangible shifts that will help you improve how you lead your business and life. We are all called to step into great things, but do we listen to that call?
And if we do listen, do we know how to lead ourselves alongside God, without emotions and control? Sam will help you unpack this, so you can get unstuck, gain clarity, and trust the calling on your heart.”
Her words reflect exactly what DIA:EQ™ is built for and the kind of transformation DIA:EQ™ delivers, merging leadership and faith so that women can lead their lives and businesses from truth and authority that sustains wealth without emotional interference.
For a woman reading this who feels stuck or undervalued in her leadership or business, what first step would you recommend she take?
Stop trying to fix the strategy – reconnect the signal.
Before you change another offer, hire another coach, or rewrite your plan, sit in silence and ask yourself: “Where am I truly leading from – fear or truth?” Then make one decision today that aligns with obedience, not optics. That might mean resting when you’d usually push or speaking truth when you’d normally please.
Peace is proof of alignment. If you don’t feel peace, that’s not a cue to push harder, it’s confirmation that something is out of order. Leadership begins the moment you stop performing for results and start partnering with revelation.
How do you help your clients build legacy-level wealth and emotional mastery – not just business success?
Legacy-level wealth isn’t about numbers; it’s about what remains when you’re not in the room. I teach my clients to anchor wealth in emotional intelligence and spiritual obedience, because that’s how you build a legacy that compounds peace, not pressure.
Emotional mastery is the true currency of leadership that lasts. It’s also how I built a seven-figure foundation through my property venture, Leoship Property Ltd, something I never imagined possible until I learned to lead from order instead of overwhelm.
What’s the biggest misconception women have about leadership, wealth, and emotional intelligence and how do you help correct it?
The biggest misconception women have is that leadership means carrying everything and that emotional intelligence is something you can just read about and tick off a list. Healing your subconscious isn’t the destination; it’s the doorway.
True leadership is stewardship, not self-sacrifice. Many women mistake emotional intelligence for softness, when in reality, it’s structure, the ability to hold pressure without breaking, no matter the level of success.
Once they understand that, everything shifts. They stop leaking energy, stop giving their power away, and start leading with divine efficiency. That’s how they transcend old paradigms and step into limitless leadership, which is essential in a world where AI and automation are changing the landscape of influence.
Right now, AI is changing the game. Information is instant. Strategy is automated. But emotional mastery? That can’t be outsourced, coded, or copied.
If you’re not mastering your emotional self, you’ll get swept into someone else’s system, following trends instead of truth. The future belongs to the woman who can lead herself when everything else is run by machines.
That’s the real advantage now – not more data, not more tools, but more discernment.
What’s next for you and your clients? Where do you see your work moving in the next 12-18 months?
Over the next 12-18 months, my full focus is on expanding the DIA:EQ™ movement and getting this message into the world where it’s needed most. Emotional intelligence isn’t a luxury anymore, it’s the foundation of leadership in this new era.
I’m scaling through YouTube to make emotional and spiritual intelligence education accessible worldwide, bringing truth, clarity, and order to women who are ready to lead differently. My mission is simple: to make DIA:EQ™ a globally recognised standard for emotional authority and divine leadership.
Alongside that, I’m growing my property business, Leoship Property Ltd, with my partner – building a foundation of legacy, wealth, and peace that reflects the same principles I teach.
Women can connect with me through my website or on YouTube – where emotional authority, spiritual alignment, and legacy leadership collide.
