"I am a woman / Phenomenally / Phenomenal woman / That's me." Maya Angelou

When I think of what I really want most in my life I think of deeply connected, loving, supportive relationships. I have been so lucky and blessed to be surrounded by women leaders in an amazing community of love, support, and collaboration.

Being a woman in the business world is not always easy and that is why I have dedicated my life to bringing women around the world together to ignite the spark of passion and purpose within them. When women come together with a common purpose and vision, incredible things can happen and it is so important for us to empower each other, elevate each other’s voices, and most importantly support each other every opportunity we get.

Here are 5 ways you can support other women in business:

1. Be a cheerleader

A beautiful way to show support to a fellow entrepreneur is by celebrating their successes, big or small. We should never allow ourselves to feel threatened by another woman’s accomplishments because our own success cannot be diminished by the success of another. Every time we amplify another woman’s voice we create a ripple out into the world and help make more dreams come true. Let’s encourage each other to show up bravely and boldly. Be the woman who lifts up other women because when one of us rises, we all rise.

2. Be honest

Honesty should be at the core of any relationship and communication in an honest and loving way can create lasting and deep connections. Providing honest feedback to a female colleague when requested can create a pathway for growth and healing along with the possibility to step into the next level of our life and leadership. Let’s speak our truth in love and watch the magic unfold.

3. Give more

I believe that part of our mission is to make more so that together we can give more. Partnering with organizations that support women and creating a way for our business to give back brings so much joy to our own lives and can change the lives of others in a beautiful way. When women show up and support each other, everyone benefits. Imagine a world where every woman has the desire to give more – we can create an even bigger impact on the world and those we serve.

4. Find your People

Creating community begins with beautiful connections and deep relationships. It is so important to be surrounded by women who not only support you but truly care for you and the deepest desires of your heart. Connecting with like-minded women will create such a positive impact in your life and your business. Finding people that are aligned with who you truly are will help you manifest your purpose in this life and should be the place where you most feel safe, secure, and empowered.

5. Be a mentor

I believe we are not meant to do life or business alone and we are always stronger when we stand together. When we share our experiences and wisdom we can help light the way for others. Each of us has a unique journey and we can exchange nuggets of wisdom with each other. By sharing our stories we shine our light and we can inspire and learn from each other. By doing this, we inspire more women to take active leadership roles, be more vocal, and be more participative and engaging. In short, we are inspiring more women to take up space!

When women support each other, we can take the world by storm. It is important to remember that we should all be the woman who lifts other women up. Strong women have their own sparkle and they glow from within. Successful women don’t have to dim another woman’s light to keep their own. Keep showing love and appreciation to every woman in your life! And if you want to be a part of a highly successful, soul-led group of women, please send me a message.
