Nick Palladino-King, Coach and Mentor

Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better.

I am Nick Palladino-King. As a former corporate manager and college athlete, Nick has walked the challenging path of living with chronic stress, frustration and unreasonable self-expectations. Through his dedication to personal and spiritual growth, he has transformed his pains and hardships to now inspire and move others toward more health, happiness and purpose.

Nick is the co-host of the “Conscious Conversations” podcast and the co-founder of Tribe, San Francisco’s premier fitness and yoga company.

His biggest passions live in the world of teaching wellness, stress management, self-transformation and conscious leadership. In his personal life, Nick is an avid exerciser, student of life, and lover of scotch and pizza. Nick currently lives in San Francisco, with his wife Emily. They one day dream of owning a french bulldog and living in Europe together. What is your business name and how do you help your clients?

Nick Palladino, Coach and Mentor. I coach leaders who want to bring passion, purpose and prosperity into their lives in order to elevate the consciousness of the planet.

What kind of audience do you target your business towards?

Conscious Leaders who are seeking to have a more positive impact on their businesses and communities. Tell us about your greatest career achievement so far.

Building multiple 6-figure wellness and coaching businesses that create positive impact in my life, in my community and in the world. If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why?

I see the coaching business as being set up backwards, meaning that the paradigm being presented is that the "clients are broken" and need the help of coaches to be fixed. I believe the narrative can shift to "clients are perfect" and they hire coaches so they can remember this and lead from wholeness.

Tell us about a pivotal moment in your life that brought you to where you are today.

In my mid-20s I was mugged by three men while coming home from a business meeting. The event changed my life forever and forced me to ask myself this question: "Would my life have been worth it if I had died?". The answer was a resounding no. This answer led me to leave my corporate career and pursue a life filled with passion and purpose which eventually led me to coaching and teaching others how to create life on their own terms.
