Age is not even a number, Lutz's concise conclusion after intensive work and studying for over 10 years. Being "done" at 45 years, obese and sick, with hypertension, allergies, skin irritation, insomnia, lower leg edema, and angina pectoris, he started his journey. Living a 100% vegan life for 10 years taught him everything about food and health. Not seeing a doctor once, all his symptoms and ailments are gone. Zero pharmaceuticals, just food, trauma therapy, supplements and naturopathic treatments did the trick. He decided to spend the rest of his life showing others the path. He always emphasises: No pressure, just an invitation. If you'd like to change, I am happy to help!

Lutz Kaiser, Health and Life Coach

Please tell us more about you.

Lutz Kaiser believes everybody is unique and nobody is generic. His life has already been very transformative. He was born to parents who were refugees and farm workers during World War II. Both of his grandfathers died on the frontline in 1944.

He feels blessed by already experiencing several fundamental changes in his life, some forced by geopolitical events. His parents were the typical survivors. This was the tough part and taught him a lot. He feels his childhood in the GDR was great, and growing up on a farm was a blessing. Then came the fall of the Berlin Wall, when he was 21 and everything changed. He travelled the world for more than 30 years and lived on different continents. This experience gave him an open perspective. He doesn’t see Germans, Chinese, Indians, or Africans. He sees people.

He believes we are now experiencing another fundamental geopolitical shift affecting every single life. Politics, AI, and the western civilisation on the brink will give us a challenging but very interesting and unique time.

Tell us about a pivotal moment in your life that brought you to where you are today.

The time I separated from my wife. Her dignity and big heart taught me one of my largest lessons in life. Having somebody in your life showing you that your biggest mistakes will not have to lead to disaster was so profound for me. Thank you!

Tell us a bit about your story. How did you build your career until this point?

Up to 45 years, I followed the typical path of a corporate career. Engineer, MBA at a top Uni, and executive positions in several countries. In my mid-40s, everything changed. I knew I could not continue. I sorted my life, my body, and my mind. This is my greatest achievement, as I learned so much and keep on learning every day. I have been an entrepreneur for 8 years now and love my independence.

What are your next goals or projects?

My life partner owns a very successful practice. She is a therapist, and it takes more than a few words to explain what she is doing. Psychology, trauma therapy, Homeopathy, Physiotherapy, Kinesiology, Hypnotherapy, Naturopathic practices. You name it, she does it. Receiving, for most of the subjects, a formal education in known institutions. For the last 10 years, I did some of it, and with my international exposure, I saw the potential. How to scale what she is doing? This drives me, and our app Ithelps is the first step.

What drives/inspires you?

The recognition that life is unique and special. I wish I could disseminate sparks that light as many fires as feasible. Every person changing for the better is helping us and everybody. If you are good to yourself, you will be good to the world. Going to McDonald’s and spending a few dollars on Greenpeace will not do the trick. Be it life, it and act. I understand that most people feel repelled by somebody telling them they are not good enough. This is at least what they think, but not what I say. How to convey the message “being the best you have in you” without repelling? This drives me!

How do you maintain a healthy work-life balance?

I live my life by working and doing what I like, and being very happy. I cannot distinguish between pleasure time and work time. It sounds blessed, and yes, it is. I don’t think in time and weekdays and weekends, mornings, days, and nights. When I feel an impulse on Saturday night to do something for our online business or take care of something somebody asks me to do, I do it. I am still running my small business in the water industry. My base for this is the Middle East, so Sunday is a main working day over there. I go with the flow and don’t think much about separating my time into certain fractions. You have 24 hours a day, use them and don’t waste them, period. My constant travelling is a bit of a constraint, and I am planning to reduce this.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years from now?

Being a part of a global community for the betterment of the world. No institutions, no organisations, no governments, no NGOs or whatever are organised conventionally. Having a physical centre for it, where we can invite people to change and spread the message. No belief, religion, or idea of any sort. Just be good to yourself and the world. Call it a life training centre. Health, agriculture, social learning, whatever helps people and the world, I am in for it.

Who inspires you to be the best that you can be?

Krishnamurti is my life teacher. His life’s work was just spreading the message. He always said that if I had reached only one person and changed him, my life would not be wasted. He reached millions and for sure changed thousands. His pivotal moment was when he dissolved the centre built in his name. He realised that this is starting to get a kind of guru structure. Something he calls useless. Admire yourself and never worship something or somebody. It is you; it is all about you. Be good and you can be good to the world. You will find endless examples of people fighting for something, wanting to change the world and be good, but are bad to themselves. Look at politics and all the rest of it. Endless cycles of war and peace, peace only interrupting the endless struggle of human existence, fighting and struggle. It has never worked and will never be. Clean your own house first. Your own house is your body with your soul. When you miss this point, all you do is not only pointless but rather detrimental.

What would you like to achieve for yourself and your business in the future?

Our app, Ithelps, is the spark and base for many more aspects of health and life improvements we can offer. We started with hypnosis, as this is the easiest way to provide help in a digital form. My life partner has been doing it very successfully for 20 years, and it was meant to be the start of our app. Our practice goes from physical to digital as much as possible and provides us with room to do more for anybody seeking help. As we always say, only an invitation, no pressure. We want to bring our knowledge we have in Psychology, Physiology, Nutrition, and naturopathic practices, to as many people as possible.

Is there a core value that you are most passionate about?

You are no better; you are no worse. You are, and you are allowed to be. It took me a long time to understand that I often felt superior and thought I was better, more clever, or knowledgeable. As soon as you reach there, you fall sooner or later. I fell, and I am very grateful for it.

What key advice do you have for achieving success?

Authenticity first and discipline second, and above all, love. I know many who are successful and not authentic. It all depends on your definition of success. If you define success by things you have and do, you can trample over people and the world and be very successful. Free yourself from this and be authentic, the true path to success. Loving yourself and others and being good to the world comes first. If money and abundance come with it, even better. I truly believe money and abundance are waiting for you. Sure, tell this to an untouchable in India, and he will tell you otherwise. I understand this, although all can change, and it does even over there.

What kind of audience do you target your business towards?

Anybody looking for life improvement can be our client. Right now, our app is limited to hypnosis healing addictions like sugar, smoking, and obesity. We continue adding sessions for various conditions like anxiety and nutritional behaviour. We are also working on meditations with music composed by professional musicians working with shamans. A very exciting project indeed. We are also open to advice from anybody, and always feel free to contact us. I expect some changes in our approach after receiving more feedback. Please don’t hesitate to throw anything at us. We are open!

What services or products does your company offer?

Currently, it is all about our mobile app. Download, watch the instruction videos, and do the hypnosis. As simple as this. In three hours, you can solve your sugar addiction, smoking, or start losing weight without cravings killing you. The hypnosis sessions are the digital version of our 20-year-long practice work. We know it works.

If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why?

In the alternative health/medical field, social media doesn’t help sometimes, as people can call themselves what they like and do what they want. The warnings of MDs or scientists are substantiated by dubious practices. The irony of the story is that the failings of the so-called more evidence-based medical field provide us with a huge client base. Chronic illnesses, inflammation, and mental health are typical fields where conventional/allopathic methods fail. Here we come in. Looking for peer-reviewed studies in favor of hypnosis, homeopathy, or kinesiology? Not existing. We know this, and our clients know this. Our clients also experience the help we provide, and their lives improve, so they don’t care about “evidence-based”. Who heals is right and not the one with the deep pockets, paying science for studies. In our small local environment, we have a network of MDs recommending us, because their hands are tight by the system and treatment protocols. We want to establish an authentic and truthful way of scaling our capabilities for a broader client base.

How do you and your business address such reservations?

Be authentic, don’t push, and let it be. We trust in our process and believe in our invitation. We know that out there are many seeking help. The demand cannot be met by the established medical system. Don’t misunderstand, some of the achievements in modern medical science are amazing. I had several accidents, and without a good surgeon, I would be in deep trouble.
