Who is Jamie?

Jamie Kullman is a business growth strategist and host of the Moms Freedom Maker podcast.

Living on beautiful Maui Hawaii where her days consist of adventuring through the jungle, soaking in tide pools and jumping off cliffs into the ocean, and being an underwater astronaut checking out the colorful fish.

We're not sure where we're headed next, but we may do a month-long road trip back on the mainland, go up to Canada or give Alaska a try. We travel light and love having the ability to set our own schedules.

Loves yoga, and is a vegetarian.

An ocean and environmental advocate who hopes to help end the harm we're seeing here on earth.

She's spent the past 5 years traveling while running her business from her laptop. She's explored the rice terraces of Bali, the mountains of Thailand, and island-hopped through Greece. Spent a winter snowboarding in Vermont, sunbathed in Florida, and road tripped the US from coast to coast. Originally from Nebraska, she's homegrown.

Her fiance jokes that he found her in the cornfields and they now have a sweet 5-month baby boy Kailo Shae who has joined for these adventures along with a pup named Charlie.

They look forward to raising our son in an adventurous life. He went camping at 2 weeks old, watched 50-foot swells at the famous Jaws at 3 weeks old, and has been living the beach baby life.

She is on a mission to help self-employed entrepreneurs step into the freedom and passion they started their business for, but most never achieve.

What is it that you do for your clients?

I help my clients design and package their signature high-ticket offer that showcases their unique expertise. We create an automated lead generation strategy and attract their dream clients online. My signature 3 phase process focuses on time and financial freedom, therefore I take overworked and overwhelmed self-employed entrepreneurs and turn them into digital CEOs.

Who should hire/work with you?

If you're reading this and you have or want to have a coaching or consulting business you're ready to scale, yet you're feeling overworked, burnt out, and overwhelmed; this is your ticket to freedom. Many times my clients think the only way to scale is by booking more 1:1 clients using their existing business structure, but what happens is they spend even more of their time working which further decreases their freedom. We focus on building your business on a scalable foundation that way when you're ready for growth, you can hit the gas without overbooking yourself. We want to make it so you can impact more while working less.

If you're struggling to craft your irresistible offer or maybe you're still at the point where you're struggling to combine your skills, passions, and expertise this process will help you start an aligned business.

We focus on setting up an automated lead gen process so you can make money while you sleep and utilize a content strategy that attracts your dream clients online and pushes them into your lead gen process that converts them into clients!

Or maybe you've been on this entrepreneurial journey for a while and are spending hours behind your desk working, wearing all the hats in your business, wondering if this is really what life has to be like now.

You didn't start this business to create a job for yourself. You built it to share your message, impact lives and give yourself blissful freedom.

What is your big goal? Where do you see yourself 10 years from now?

My big goal is to scale my business and use the profits to open up a non-profit dedicated to protecting wildlife from poachers and habitat loss. We will address climate problems leading to the extinction of animals and how we can save these species. I don't want to just dump money into ideas or have a "feel good" non-profit. I want to make a real difference and strategize to find the solutions and take action to see them through. Through this business, I hope to free entrepreneurs from the trenches of their businesses so we can all experience the freedom we started these businesses for - that way we can spend our free time focused on giving back and working on our passions. For me, that means figuring out ways to save our environment for future generations.

What are your 3 biggest tips for those looking to start or scale their business?

  1. Clarify - get very clear on what it is you want from this business and the lifestyle you're looking to achieve. In addition be very clear on building this so it aligns with your unique skills, expertise, and passions so you will be excited to nurture and grow your business.

  2. Systems - build automated systems in your business so it can run without you. Systems plan an integral role in the scalability of your business and are the determining factor as to if you created a true business or a hectic job for yourself. This includes a content and lead generation strategy.

  3. Scale - scaling doesn't mean working more. It means working smarter, not harder. We're in this business to impact the lives of others. Focus on impacting more and working less. You are in charge of your quality of life and your business should act as a driving force to help your message reach more people in need of your services.

These three elements are addressed in my 3 phase freedom-business system where I walk my clients through how to start and scale their business on a steady foundation while incorporating these three moving parts.
