When we are asked the Question “ Who are you?” Do you know what to say? Have you ever thought about it? Do you immediately think about who you would like to be? Let me tell you a secret, most people don’t know who they are. We live our lives pretending to be someone we are not, and even worse, that we are not the person we aspire to be. Living a life others desire from us alone can be exhausting. Most of us are not happy and enjoying our life. Some of us are complacent. While others of us know that something needs to be changed for our sanity's sake.

Those who truly know who they are, are living their life to the fullest. A life they did not obtain without sacrifices. It was quite intentional, it is something we must want. It was not easy to obtain. Those who did, persisted in accomplishing a life walking in their own rights as a human being. See here.

First

The first thing anyone needs to do before seeking this wonderful new life of joy and happiness, is to know who they are. Because knowing who you are is an important part of your journey. If all your life you have been living a false version of yourself, always being told what to do and how to do it, then you don’t know anything about who you are. Sometimes we walk around pretending to be someone we are not and that can be exhausting. You must strive to be the real authentic you. See here.

Next

Next you must figure out what it is in life you want to accomplish.

Is your purpose in life to be creative or technical? Do you like everything in order? Do you like having things one way? Do you like variety? Do you like to be surprised? Are you plain or eccentric? Discovering who you are is an adventure that awaits you.

Then

Then to truly find that out, you need to ask yourself questions that only you will know the answers to. If you would like to dive more into this topic for you or someone else. You can join my program on Knowing your authentic self. See here.
