This year, as I’m sure you know, has been one of the hardest-hitting years for many, although some amazing business developments have also taken place. Many people have had to pivot their dream to become more aligned with what they are doing as offices and face to face appointments have become unheard of.

So let’s take a look at what this transformation means for YOU as an empowered mum in business.

What steps can you take to step into the empowered mum in business you truly are. Here are a few tips to help you rise and shine in 2021.

Tip Number No.1 – Focus on those who need your help.

You have a gift, a message, a service, a product, and YOUR people need this. Your own tribe needs to hear from you daily. They need to hear that you are the GO-TO person for what you have to offer, your personal story of how you created what you do and how you do it. The message is where the relationships are built, and your success grows.

Take a moment, and let’s focus on one thing a client/customer has said about your work. Keep it positive. Go and read the best review/testimonial you have ever received, then ask yourself how does that feel?

It feels good, right?! Because that testimonial/feedback is pure evidence of your work and why it’s so important you keep sharing that message.

Tip Number No.2 – Release all elements of guilt, shame, and imposter syndrome.

I promise you that this internal conflict is the biggest game-changer when it comes to growing your business. Shame and guilt from the past mistakes are no longer a present issue, so learning to combat this and rise above it will catapult you into your desired results.

Let’s break this down a little bit further…

Shame and guilt stems from not feeling good enough, thrown in a mix of ‘I should,’ ‘I could,’ ‘I haven’t,’ ‘I want to.’ This language immediately feeds the feelings that are holding you back.

But there’s one crucial thing that is often missed as a mum in business… the MUMMY GUILT. This guilt is a profound guilt that takes hold of you and has huge impacts on your mental, emotional and physical resilience to move forward.

Mummy guilt is affecting thousands upon thousands of women in business every single day. But with some organization, planning, and inspired action thrown together with a mindset of being kind to yourself for all that you do achieve. Can achieve some amazing balance and insights to your business/mum life daily.

Tip Number No.3 – Accept where you are and where you are aiming to be

Accepting where you are and not allowing the comparisonitis to kick in will ultimately increase your productivity and eliminate procrastination. Staying in your own lane and focusing on your dreams, the vision you have, and the goal you are working towards will ultimately lead you to the path you seek at a much faster rate.

If you find yourself getting shiny object syndrome regularly, this could be a sign of avoidance of your bigger dreams and fear preventing you from taking aligned action and having focus.

Every time you find yourself looking at another course, another skill, another person’s offer, you are immediately in that moment confirming what your inner critic is saying. YOU ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH, and you NEED XYZ. This is a pattern that, once broke, creates a huge impact in your life and business daily.

Imagine working lesser hours whilst increasing your income, generally having a consistent routine, and following your plan to pave the way for your desired success!

These 3 tips I’ve shared here are the main 3 tips to keep you on track to being an empowered mumpreneur in 2021.
