Taiye Aluko is your partner in transformation, with over two decades of counselling experience. Drawing from over 20 years of counselling experience, Taiye understands the intricate interplay between personal and professional realms. Recognising that one's personal life significantly impacts professional endeavours and vice versa, she employs an integrated approach to facilitate holistic transformation, growth and fulfilment.

As the CEO of RareGems Counselling & Coaching, Taiye leads a dedicated team in assisting individuals in unlocking their true potential, overcoming challenges, and thriving in various aspects of life, including personal development, career advancement, relationship enhancement, and overall well-being. Before establishing RareGems, she transitioned from a successful legal career in leading law firms to an active banking career spanning 18 years. Beginning in the legal departments of UBA plc and NNB International Bank, Taiye later ventured into business banking and branch network roles. In 2013, she decided to pursue her passion in counselling, ultimately founding RareGems to fulfil her mission of empowering others.

Taiye volunteers her expertise in marriage counselling at reputable institutions such as the Federal Marriage Registry in Ikoyi and also serving as the Head of the Marriage Counseling Department at RCCG, Olive Tree Parish.

She is a certified Prepare-Enrich Marriage Preparation Facilitator and a Prepare-Enrich Mentor Couple, an alumnus of prestigious coaching and leadership institutes including the Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy and the Gemstone Leadership Institute Executive Coaching Certification Program. She is also an Emotional Intelligence Certified Professional, a Life member of Women in Business, Management, and Public Service and a Wimboard Fellow.

Taiye actively engages with audiences through diverse mediums, including hosting "Transformation Timeout with Taiye" YouTube channel, where she shares valuable insights on finding meaning and purpose in life and marriage. Additionally, she offers practical solutions to relationship challenges through her vast range of digital products, including e-books, audio affirmations, courses, and workbooks.

She holds a degree in Law from Obafemi Awolowo University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992. Furthering her education, she earned an Executive MBA from the PAN African University and pursued certifications in Person-Centered Counseling, Relationship Counseling, Psychology Counseling.
