Sinéad Rafferty is a Career & Executive Coach dedicated to empowering highly sensitive people (HSPs) and empaths to thrive in their professional lives.
 
Sinéad brings a unique blend of intuition, empathy, and innovative coaching techniques to support her clients in embracing their sensitivity as the strength that it is.
 
Sinéad is a visionary coach on a mission to uplift and empower the impactful contribution of purpose-driven and ambitious highly sensitive (HSPs) & neurodivergent professionals.
 
Passionate about the role of empathic leadership in today’s society, Sinéad sees sensitivity as a powerful force and one with great purpose. She guides her clients through an aligned and authentic approach to embodying sensitivity in meaningful ways so they can apply their innate skills and strengths to their work.
 
Sinéad has always been an outside-the-box thinker and action-taker, always pushing the boundaries and seeking out freedom, autonomy, variety, creativity and innovation in her own career.

Her innovative spirit and expansive thinking very much resonates with her community. She has been empowering the potential, visionary ideas and dreams of others for over 15 years as a certified career, personal and executive coach and has a background in psychology, career guidance and the creative arts.
 
Sinéad works with a diverse range of clients: purpose-driven HSPs, empaths, highly gifted and neurodivergent people. She supports employees, leaders, innovators & entrepreneurs.
 
More and more, she believes in the strength that HSPs bring to every industry. She can see that her dynamic clients are the change-makers and trailblazers that the world needs.
 
They are the creatives, healers, coaches, educators, musicians, artists, writers, enablers, activists, advisors, problem-solvers, connectors, scientists, environmentalists, creative intrapreneurs and visionaries entrepreneurs.
 
HSPs don't just think outside-the-box, they often create an entirely new box or remove the box altogether! Entrepreneurs and employees alike, and in every industry, HSPs bring forward-thinking, creativity, detail and depth to the conversation. In doing so, they are making waves and bringing change to their corner of the world.
 
And Sinéad is on a mission to support and empower them to do so.
 
When HSPs lean into their inherent skills, and give their insight and visionary ideas the TLC they deserve, their strengths have such an impact.

Sinéad’s Purpose Pathway.
 
What sets Sinéad apart is her ability to deeply understand and support the unique experiences of HSPs and empaths, stemming from her own experience or ‘Purpose Pathway’.
 
Alongside her years of study and research, Sinéad has first-hand experience of the highs and lows of this powerful trait of high sensitivity. It is through her own journey of seeking balance and alignment that she created the HSP Alignment Code™️ framework and she continues to use it to support her own growth and career expansion.
 
Freedom was always Sinéad’s barometer of "success". She craved freedom and autonomy for years but ended up in job after job that didn't suit her temperament, character or energetic needs. She was always determined and ambitious and tenacious so she embraced every new job or project with enthusiasm; she 'pushed through', dutifully played her role at work pretending she could function like everyone else.
 
But what she didn’t know is that highly sensitive people – those with heightened sensory and empathic abilities - do not function and respond in the same way as the other 70- 80% of the population.
 
In fact, traditional work (or business) environments and approaches can easily cause overwhelm, exhaustion, burnout, misunderstandings, lost opportunities, blocks in creative flow, self-doubt & self-criticism. And like a canary in the coalmine, HSPs feel it more quickly and more acutely.
 
That is not to say they are ‘weaker’ or ‘less capable’ (this is the source of misunderstandings that can arise); with the right self-knowledge, self-validation, and energy management in place, they can THRIVE in any industry, at any level.
 
It wasn't until Sinéad learned to embrace her authentic experience as an empath and a HSP that she began to understand the strength available to her.
 
As an empath, she didn’t know she was trying to manage her own energies, as well as the emotional energy of others which lead to cycles of depression and burnout.
 
Her curiosity and love of psychology lead her to dive deep into her own self-understanding and she learned to manage her energetic state and nervous system, as well as her boundaries. Through self-acceptance, she became grounded enough in her true identity to leverage her innate skills and strengths and thrive because of them, not despite them!
 
A Unique Methodology.
 
As the founder of SR Coaching Ltd., Sinéad provides a range of services including online courses, group coaching, and one-to-one coaching, all designed to help HSPs and Empaths thrive in the workplace or in business.
 
Sinéad’s unique methodology is aptly named The HSP Alignment Code™️ and it aims to not only bring balance to the depth and intensity of the trait of high sensitivity but also to achieve truly original, creative, and evolutionary contributions in the world.
 
The HSP Alignment Code™️ is a holistic approach to personal and professional development; it integrates identity, energy management, and strategic action to create a robust framework for growth and expansion. This approach is particularly effective for HSPs and Empaths who often face challenges around identity, boundaries, energy management and life purpose.
 
Sinéad took all her academic knowledge, personal and professional experience and packaged it up in an intuitively guided empowerment coaching programme called The HSP Purpose Pathway ™️ and now empowers her fellow HSPs & empaths to live their truth and make an impact in their corner of the world.
 
The HSP Purpose Pathway ™️ combines her unique methodology of energy management, empowered identity, and aligned action with comprehensive HSP education and is built around a dynamic, supportive community.
 
The programme enables and encourages the authentic expression andunique contribution of purpose-driven highly sensitive professionals and empathic leaders. It is a space for them to align with their purpose, unblock their creativity, brainstorm together and get the support they need to feel seen and heard and understood.

Intuitive Coaching & Co-Creation.
 
Sinéad’s coaching style is gentle but powerful, intuitive, innovative and forward-thinking; she creates a safe space for clients to explore their true selves and unlock their potential. She co-creates with her community and offers insights, knowledge, and guidance to help them navigate their professional paths with confidence and clarity.
 
She brings a high level of intuition and energy healing to her work – using her own high sensory abilities and strengths to connect with her clients and join them in their depth of thought, empathy and innovative spirit.
 
She has an innate ability to bring her clients to the point where they embrace their true nature, their unique talent and abilities and release the blocks and challenges standing in their way. Her clients experience a profound realignment in terms of their identity, leading to improved energy management, enhanced relationships, career progression, and a stronger sense of self.
 
Sinéad has spoken at both The HSP Awakening Virtual Summit (2023) & The Global HSP Summit (2024) alongside her esteemed colleagues and thought leaders in the field and she is also published on The Highly Sensitive Refuge - the world’s largest website for highly sensitive people.
 
As a lifelong learner and scholar, Sinéad is always reading, researching or studying to expand her knowledge and is currently dedicated to the study of neurodiversity.
 
Sinéad has a deep knowing that the different ways people think, create and contribute through their work is central to the advancement of society in general. It makes no sense to remain boxed-in in our thinking when it comes to the unique creativity and contribution of the human mind.
 
HSPs are neurodivergent in the sense that their brains are wired differently to most and they process the world more deeply – they are more emotionally and socially responsive. High sensitivity is however a natural biological trait; a temperament. There is however, an overlap with neurodivergent conditions as those with ADHD for example, also experience the trait of high sensitivity.
 
Vision for the Future.
 
Sinéad’s goal is to reach thousands of HSPs through her online courses and community support and expand this to reach more and more neurodivergent people.
 
Her aim is to be a source of inspiration and empowerment for those visionary HSPs & empaths who need support and a cheerleader in their corner.
