Priscilla Hinds
Growth & Wellbeing Strategy Coach
Priscilla Hinds is an ICF-accredited coach, wellbeing strategist, and founder of Dream Work Achieve, where she helps individuals and businesses flourish through a powerful blend of coaching, leadership experience, and personal wisdom. Specialising in growth, mental fitness, and wellbeing, Priscilla brings over 25 years of diverse professional experience and an unwavering passion for helping others thrive.
Her journey into coaching wasn’t a straight line—it was forged through lived challenges, deep reflection, and a fierce curiosity about what helps people function at their best. A lifelong student of health and human performance, Priscilla has spent decades exploring what it takes to be mentally and physically well. But it wasn’t until she faced a series of personal upheavals—including the sudden death of a parent, a major relationship breakdown, and a cancer diagnosis—that she realised just how critical her wellbeing toolkit was. These experiences revealed not only her own resilience but also a gap she saw in others around her: many didn’t have strategies to draw upon during tough times.
That realisation set Priscilla on a renewed path—one that combined her leadership background with evidence-based coaching, movement, neuroscience, and positive psychology. Her mission became clear: to help others live fully and lead powerfully by building mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
Over the course of her career, Priscilla has led large teams, shaped organisational strategies, and worked with some of Australia’s most respected brands, including Rio Tinto, ANZ, The Royal Children’s Hospital, beyondblue, Deloitte, and Cancer Council. Her corporate background spans executive leadership, strategy development, change management coaching, and operations, giving her a grounded understanding of the challenges and demands professionals and business leaders face daily.
What makes Priscilla stand out is the combination of deep professional insight and real-world humanity. She’s the first to admit she’s made mistakes—working herself to the brink of burnout, staying in jobs too long, or ignoring her own needs to meet others’ expectations. These missteps have become some of her greatest teachers and give her the authenticity and empathy that her clients value most.
Today, Priscilla works with individuals and organisations to create sustainable change, energised workplaces, and meaningful growth. Her approach is grounded in science, shaped by lived experience, and fuelled by a belief that life is too short not to live it well. She’s known for her down-to-earth style, insight-driven conversations, and an ability to help people reconnect with their strengths, values, and possibilities.
Passionate about making growth and wellbeing tools accessible to all, Priscilla developed the Happy Growth Coach—a self-coaching app designed to support personal development anytime, anywhere. It reflects her mission to scale impact beyond the coaching room and empower more people to grow with confidence and clarity.
When she’s not coaching or facilitating workshops, you’ll find Priscilla at the beach, enjoying a good book or film, experimenting with healthy recipes, or spending quality time with friends and family. She’s also a lover of plants, movement, and the occasional spicy margarita.
Priscilla’s personal philosophy is simple but powerful: dream boldly, grow continually, smile often, move with purpose, and live fully.
