After experiencing a divorce, I began to rediscover myself—a process that, though cliché, truly happens. We often lose parts of ourselves without realizing it. During this journey, I reconnected with my desire to help others and became passionate about supporting people in achieving their goals and making positive life changes.

Having faced the stress of divorce, anxiety, and panic attacks, I felt a strong urge to assist others going through similar challenges. Motivated by this, I returned to college to study counselling. However, I soon realized that this path didn’t align with my personality or the way I think as I am a goal oriented person. After some research, I discovered the Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH), for me this felt like the perfect fit.

I love the mantra by Dr. Wayne Dyer: “When we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change”. Studying Cognitive Behaviour is in alignment with this, so often we believe what others have told us about ourselves and this isn’t always kind or constructive and we go through life believing a narrative that someone else has told us about ourselves, this is not true and it is just someone’s opinion. This I find is often the case with my clients and can be very damaging. This is why I feel working with others to help them find their confidence and to help them believe in themselves is key to unlocking their potential and allow them to move forward. This is Cognitive Behaviour and coupled with hypnotherapy it is goal oriented and effective.
