She offers a refined, visionary approach that bridges ancient wisdom with modern embodiment, supporting high-achieving individuals, leaders, and creatives in making aligned decisions and translating insight into lived clarity. With nearly twenty years of experience as an international DJ, Helena developed an acute sensitivity to rhythm, timing, and collective energy. Trained at the Joey Yap Academy, she combines rigorous metaphysical analysis with a deep understanding of the nervous system and embodied change. Creating a World Where Every Child Is Heard – An Exclusive Interview with Hulya Mehmet Creating a World Where Every Child Is Heard – An Exclusive Interview with Hulya Mehmet Hulya Mehmet is a thought leader in children’s communication, a pioneering speech and language therapist, and a transformative author. With over 25 years of clinical experience and personal insight as a parent, she understands the confusion, fear, and frustration that families, educators, and professionals face when a child or individual isn’t communicating in expected ways. Too often, parents are told to “wait and see.” Educators and workplaces lack the tools to respond. Neurodivergent individuals are misunderstood or sidelined. Hulya is changing that. In 2004, she founded Articulate Kids, a specialist practice delivering compassionate, evidence-based speech therapy to individuals with complex communication needs — including autism and ADHD. Her work has helped thousands of children and young people communicate, thrive, and reach their full potential, often after other services have run out of answers. As a powerful advocate for neurodiversity and a voice for systems-level change, Hulya challenges outdated models and promotes more inclusive thinking across education, healthcare and business. She also works with organisations and corporate teams to develop neuroinclusive cultures — helping leaders better understand, support and retain neurodivergent talent . Her recently launched debut book, Why Isn’t My Child Talking? , is already recognised as a must-read for those navigating communication differences. Her thought leadership has been featured in The Daily Telegraph , and she consults widely with schools, businesses, and institutions. As a trained leadership coach, she brings strategic insight to communication and inclusion at every level. Hulya is part of a growing movement that’s changing the way we think about neurodivergent people, not as problems to fix, but as individuals with untapped strengths, insights, and potential. - Gabrielle Lewis-Lungo, Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine
Gabrielle’s journey into nutrition began through her own pursuit of health and healing. After losing over 50 pounds in early adulthood, what appeared externally to be a commitment to wellness became a deeply challenging relationship with food, exercise, and her body. Beneath the pursuit of “health,” Gabrielle found herself disconnected from the very foundations of wellbeing, navigating restrictive patterns and a mindset that left her feeling anything but healthy. Through this experience, Gabrielle discovered that true health was not found through control or perfection, but through rebuilding trust with her body. Strength training became a pivotal part of her healing journey, allowing her to reconnect with her body’s capabilities and reclaim her sense of empowerment. However, the journey extended beyond physical strength as she worked to restore balance within her digestion, hormones, and nervous system. These experiences became the foundation of Gabrielle’s passion for nutrition and her commitment to helping others understand the deeper connections between food, physiology, and health. Today, she specializes in weight management, gut health, and women’s health, translating complex nutritional science into practical strategies that empower individuals to create sustainable change. Gabrielle’s mission is to help others reclaim ownership of their health by building a relationship with food and their bodies rooted in trust, nourishment, and self-awareness. She believes that when individuals understand their bodies and move beyond fear-based approaches to wellness, they gain the freedom to transform their health in a way that honors their unique needs and stage of life.
